Place was fantastic. Easy access to the metro and a great area.

It's a little bit far from the center of Paris, but it was a peaceful and calm environment.There is also a supermarket nearby, and it is a convenient environment for cooking meals after returning. And we had a comfortable time with a simple and very relaxing interior.It is extremely important for a long journey.The building is also very new and equipped, so you can rest easy. Above all, I was relieved that the owner was very kind and quick to respond, and advice on recommended spots. It was the best room.

this flat is very open and the window facing room is quite bright. it does have folding exterior metal shutters that makes it easy to sleep and cuts out all the noise. The bed is comfy although not a separate room with a door. it opens into the hallway that connects the bathroom at the door of the flat and the kitchen next, the bed And then the living room and dining area with the windows. we were met promptly at the flat and shown around. we did not use the TV but spent a long time walking around Paris. this is not as close to the Eiffel Tower and other landmarks but that is what we wanted. it's in a much more Parisian, not touristy, section of Paris.

Great location, very centrally located. Excellent boulangerie right next door. Less than 5 min walk to Hotel Deville and Carnvalet Metro stations. 5 min walk to Notre Dame, Saint Chapelle, and Conciergerie. The only draw back was not having a window. But since we were there to get out and sight see it wasn't a problem.

It's still a good value.The room is also very clean.Fully equipped with a stove, microwave, pots, plates, cups, and a washing machine.The TV can also be direct to the screen.The bed sleeps two is a bit narrow, but acceptable.The house is located in a residential area and free parking on the side of the road can be easily found.Overall good.

I had a great time at Benjamin's apartment, the place is as pictured and the neighborhood is very nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Claudia truly went above and beyond as a host during my stay in Paris. From the moment I arrived, she greeted my boyfriend and me with a warm smile and a sense of hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. She thoughtfully brought over fresh, buttery croissants and a bottle of red wine, a perfect touch to start my Parisian experience. Every detail of her apartment reflected the charm and elegance of the city—cozy, stylish, and well-appointed with everything I needed. The location couldn’t have been better. Nestled in the heart of Paris, it was just steps away from iconic Parisian landmarks, quaint cafés, and cultural treasures. As I was in the city for work, the proximity to key business districts made my stay incredibly convenient. Yet, after a long day, it was also the perfect retreat, offering peace and comfort in the midst of the city’s vibrant energy. I can’t help but long for the Parisian life again—the way Claudia made everything feel effortless and unforgettable ❤️

Sophie was an excellent host, leaving me very much at ease and communicating more clearly as possible, as I do not speak French or English so she put a lot of effort, showed the amenities of the house, beautiful and left regrets, such as water , snacks , it was amazing my stay 😍🙏

We stayed in the beautiful house for a week for our bouldering holiday in Fontainebleau. The place was perfect for us. With a beautiful, spacious and well-equipped interior and a sunny garden for barbecues and games. We can absolutely recommend it and will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Emilie & Nicolas house. They gave easy instructions for getting into the property and tips about local amenities prior to staying. The home is in a lovely area with bakeries & shops and a train station nearby which got you quickly into the centre of Paris. Having the secure parking space is also a great addition. The home felt welcoming and having 3 single beds in one room for our 3 children was great. We would definitely recommend and stay again

I was in Paris for work for almost 4 months at the airport and Nawel and her wonderful family they hosted us with a lot of careness in their little house in their garden. Nawel such a wonderful person and she was always there when we need her. That is the place I would stay again when I will go back for a visit without a second thought. Comfortable stay, house was in great condition with good amenities in a quiet neighbourhood within easy reach of the shops, train station, Disneyland and various other local attractions. The hosts swiftly responded to queries in advance and issued good instructions in advance of arrival & departure. Would happily recommend.

Great location and our host was flexible with check-in and was very responsive and made us aware of current events and alternate routes to take given that the marathon was occurring on our departure day. Amazing stay! Great views, super quiet and close to several metro lines. There is a grocery store and bakery around the corner and a few restaurants across the street. It was very easy to walk or metro to any place we wanted to go within Paris. We felt right at home and the apartment had everything we could need while staying there. Hosts were very responsive and flexible with our check in. They set up a pack and play for the baby and one of the pull out couches, even with the couch turned into a bed, we still had plenty of space to sit in the living room. Would definitely stay here again!

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

Our stay was perfect for our Disneyland trip, the bus stop is steps away but also easily accessible to uber as well. The home had everything we needed plus some! This was great stay and we would gladly stay again!

We loved our stay over new years at this stunning spot! Our host Florence was so amazing and greeted us when we arrived and answered any questions we had over our stay! Her home is so beautiful and filled with books and was located in such a fun and walkable area with so many amazing restaurants and cafes around the corner! We will absolutely book this spot in the future when we visit Paris and would highly recommend it to anyone!!!!
