Very well located apartment, close to everything, shops, transport etc... Very good stay, really would recommend. Small negative point: lack of kitchen utensils to remedy.

I stayed 2 months. Quiet neighborhood, close to bus 281 and 107 to the street, close to Mondor Hospital, to Metro 8 and Rer A. Clean, bright place. Quiet neighbors. Trash is recycled. Adjustable heat, 2 beds (1 sofa bed and 1 good double bed), clean bathroom with everything you need, hot water. Spacious closet for clothes. Kitchen with everything you need: large fridge, 4 mesh induction hob, sink, washing machine, clothes dryer, dishes and cutlery. Communication was always very good, Mrs. Frederique is very kind. Bakery close for bread, pizza and cakes, small and very useful department store next door. Pharmacy, mail, other stores at 1 bus station.

The place is good for a long time. It has everything you need to live, from kitchen to towels, and even a shopping cart. A lot of cooking utensils made our daily life easier. The place is very quiet, and there are lots of parks nearby for walking, which was great for our dog. It's very easy to get to Paris, and the nearby supermarkets are very good. Christelle and William are super nice, and their kids are adorable. It was a pleasure for us to meet them, and we would definitely recommend the place.
