House vacation rentals in Crestline

This was our family's first trip to Big Bear Lake. We had two teenagers, two adults and a dog, and Kingston's place was perfect for us. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable, we made good use of the beautiful kitchen, enjoyed the hot tub, and made s'mores at the fire pit out back each night. The couch was comfortable and big enough for all five of us, and the beds were very comfortable! Check in was a breeze and check out instructions were very simple. It was a very short drive to the hikes we went on, and to the marina. Our dog was right at home, there is an elevated food and water station and a big dog bed in the living room. One thing to be aware of - the master bathroom has a claw foot tub instead of a shower. The other bathroom has a full shower so we all just used that one. We loved our stay at Kingston's and would definitely stay there again!

It was a great place to stay

OMG what a beautiful home! It was perfectly clean and generously equipped. The master bedroom was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. Exquisite view from the back deck, very relaxing. We will book this home again. It is the nicest place we have ever booked in Big Bear. We have booked in Big Bear several times before, for a bit cheaper, but they weren’t nearly as nice and impressive. Worth the price that was asked. Thank you Bryan. An awesome host. We loved our stay at Cozy Bear Retreat. It was a quiet location. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The jacuzzi was also clean and ready for us when we arrived. All instructions were clear and check in was easy. We would love to stay here again.

Amazing, cozy, cabin was the perfect weekend getaway. Quiet and relaxing, everything we needed including a hot tub and a jacuzzi tub. Great restaurants and activities super near by. Grizzly manor is a must for breakfast! Tubing, gorgeous hikes by the lake, skiing, so much to do. Thanks Shawn and Amanda!

The house is well kept and the surrounding area is beautiful and private. The amenities were just what we needed and were also kept clean. On top of that there was a wide selection of different spices and seasonings provided by the host. The instructions provided on checking in and how to get to the property was clear and simple to follow. The drive to Palm Springs and Joshua is close and the surrounding towns offer great places to stop by and grab needed items. This house was perfect for our itinerary!!

Such a cute and cozy, little cabin! My daughter and I stayed for two nights and couldn’t have been happier with this charming space… We even caught several inches of snowfall on our last morning there in April! We will definitely be back the next time we’re in Big Bear.

Beautiful location for a fun getaway!

We had a lovely stay at this magical desert retreat. The layout of the home was perfect for our family of three, and our labradoodle, who had his first desert adventure. We especially loved the decks…both the private ones off the bedrooms and the large main deck. There was so much space to relax and take in the views. The design of the home is seriously impressive. Every detail feels intentional. It’s one of the best-stocked places we’ve stayed. You’d need at least a week to make full use of the kitchen appliances and all the entertaining options. We spent time lounging in the hammocks and on the couch, just staring at that massive mountain of rocks. The hot tub was perfect when the evenings got chilly. Our daughter loved doing the puzzle, and we all appreciated the great selection of games and books. Truly a special place. I hope everyone treats it with the care it deserves.

We had a very nice evening in the Hottub and at the fireplace! The location is very calm and private. We loved the interiordesign and would‘ve loved to stay longer!

We had an amazing stay at this place during Coachella weekend! The house was peaceful, clean, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home. an hour from Coachella but still worth the price i paid for!

We got ready here for our wedding and it was incredibly beautiful. Everyone loved the overall vibe and style of the place. We were able to split the two sides of the place between groom/groomsmen and bride/bridesmaids so that we didn’t bump into each other. It has lots of parking space! And it’s tucked away in its own corner and has its own driveway. Nice and private. Jacuzzi worked well. Just a few things here and there (ex. some hairs found in drawers and in bathroom, a bit dusty in some areas, and also both chairs in the home were falling apart when two different guests sat in both of them- nobody was hurt so it wasn’t a huge deal) Overall, it was a great stay and I would 100% recommend! It was a little tricky finding the driveway with Apple Maps at first, several guests were lead down a slightly different turn, but we ended up finding it eventually! Only a 5-10 min drive into town in Yucca Valley! The place is super cute and it was a great experience overall. Thanks for the stay!

The High West House is the perfect destination for a peaceful, relaxing getaway in the desert near Joshua Tree. There are stunning views of the granite boulders from nearly every room. The house is well-stocked and the added amenities of the hot tub, game room, and cowboy pool are a special treat. The most difficult decision you will have as a guest is which view to enjoy while sipping your morning cup of joe.

Lovely peaceful location. The dark night stars were out of this world. This place is great for outside and inside life with a good feel of nature. All the amenities were top notch !

I had a very pleasurable experience staying at John’s! It’s amazing with a big group of people because there are so many rooms with huge couch space where you can hang out depending on the vibe. The place was basically spotless and was equipped with all the essentials. John was responsive and was so helpful with any requests. Would highly recommend staying here!

Beautifully decorated and finished space. Gorgeous views of the surrounding desert. The pool, spa and fire pit are all highlights of the property. Kitchen is very well equipped.

Dog friendly, beautiful home with an amazing view and friendly host. We were warm and comfortable during the storm.

Pleasant stay and responsive host. Plenty of room for me and my 3 teenage kids. Board games were available (Risk is the best!). I’ve read other reviews about the dock being under construction or something, but we found no such issue. We fished off the dock and caught (& released) several blue gill. Recommend small Rapallas with natural colors, trout imitators. They couldn’t resist.

Loved the house—it definitely had that cozy cabin feel. Yuri was very responsive and helpful, and he made sure the utilities were all set up. Enjoyed a relaxing weekend getaway!

This has been one of THE BEST Airbnb’s I have ever stayed at. Jennifer is an amazing host, it was great to be able to ask a real quick question and get answers that were not only helpful but quick! This place was so roomy and our whole family enjoyed their stay! We were able to sit and eat and be together even with so many of us there. The rooms are split on the 3 floors, two masters upstairs, one on the main floor and the built bed room and the two Jack and Jill rooms down stairs. Most rooms had access to a balcony which was wonderful as well! Enjoying our mornings out on the balcony with our coffee was AMAZING, you can’t beat the view. We loved it so much we were tempted to stay longer! Definitely will be staying here the next time we come to Lake Arrowhead!

The location is great, and the number of rooms and bathrooms were just perfect for our group of families. Annie was quite helpful and let us check in earlier even to accommodate our young kids. The house was very warm for this winter season and close to the Summit. We had a great stay.

Excellent value, prime location, and exactly what we needed for our last minute mini family trip during spring break! Couldn’t recommend more.

The place was beautiful to host me and all my friends! We had the best time!

We stayed for my birthday trip and we absolutely loved it, bigger than we expected and so much to do! We needed somewhere with plenty of amenities for our group of 12 adults. The game room, spa and patio is where we stayed most of our trip! Plenty of beds and even had spare mattresses tucked away to use. Absolutely loved the early and late check in/out times, that’s practically unheard of on AirBnb! Michael was super nice and responsive whenever we had questions before, during and even after our stay. The only tiny con of the whole stay, which most of us didn’t mind was the floors and walls are thin so if anyone is sleeping downstairs while people were still upstairs you could hear it very clearly. But we would still book again 10x regardless! One of the best annual trips our group has had
