Er is uitzicht op breed water, een overdekt eigen zitje buiten en als je wil, neem je zo een duik vanuit het appartement. De boot ligt in het Oostelijk Havengebied van Amsterdam, de stedenbouwkundig veel geroemde wijk vlakbij het centrum. Op 5 kilometer van het stadshart van Emmeloord ligt onze boerderij (in bedrijf). Op de eerste etage is het gastenverblijf bestaande uit twee kamers met eigen opgang, wc en douche. Recreatief of zakelijk, u voelt zich thuis bij ons op de boerderij. Op de boerderij is een hond; Bobby een lieve loebas. Op werkdagen is Stevi er ook vaak, de hond van onze zoon.
