Dubbed the Orchard house since being on Orchard street. This newly renovated stand alone home on a quiet dead end road is just what the doctor ordered. Located just 2 miles to the start of the historic Katy Trail makes this a great spot. Also, we are only minutes away from Truman Lake which boasts some of the best crappie and spoonbill fishing around. A dedicated shed with lock is provided at the back of the home for bike storage. A short walk to the historic square with shopping + eateries!

Doug and Becky We offer cabins off of 69 highway in Pleasanton, KS, near 2 lakes! We offer nightly, weekly, and monthly rentals. Each cabin is approx 250 Sq ft. Includes TV, Satellite TV, Gigabit Internet, full bath, kitchenette, grill including propane and utensils, (upon request), and a Porch with chairs and table. Community fire pit and picnic tables available. We have both a coffee maker that uses a filter and grounds, and a Keurig for your K-cups. Bring your favorite coffee! Pet Friendly!

Sep. fenced backyard area with Priv. entry into your basemnt area that is located around the back of our main house. Parking space on prop. Dog park, walking trails. Pet fee is charged. Close to highwy, & shopping. We also have Solar panels that provide some back up for the heat/air and refrig. Entire daylight basement is separate from us upstairs with locked door. Does have couple of steps.

We use the garage for storage and to work on our vehicles occasionally, you might hear us working. *There is no smoking/vaping in the apartment*

This updated downtown retreat has two bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry. Off street parking is behind the house. This property has a large fenced in yard with deck and firepit. Majority of the time you can catch a nice breeze in the backyard while you relax. Enjoy the quiet of the country while you go fishing in the pond, spotting the wildlife, and stargazing at night while enjoying the hot tub. Just five miles from town, right off the blacktop, and three miles from Interstate 49. The top level is a 1900 farmhouse that is being renovated to enlarge the bnb. The walk-out basement is all new and ready for you to have a relaxing, memorable get-away.

(The sofa is a full convertible bed, if others plan to share the 400+ sq. ft. space.) Located in the Lake Hill (formerly Shadow Lake) Golf Course neighborhood (course is currently closed) about a mile from the NW shores of beautiful Pomme de Terre Lake, and about 6 miles south of Lucas Oil Speedway.
