Old farm house on 3 acres and a lake. Located in the heart of North Dakota's prairie pothole region with excellent hunting. Just over an hour in each direction to Bismarck, Minot, Devil's Lake, and Jamestown. House was built in the 1950s but has new furnace, water heater, and electrical. Two window AC units for summer. Basement is a dirt basement which should not be used by guests other than to access electrical panel or water heater if necessary.

Visit our historic 1890 train depot. It is an opportunity to enjoy a get away from city life. Our hope is that this is a place people can relax and enjoy natures beauty. The depot has 2 extraordinary rooms that are completely private but located on our farmstead separate from our main house. Here you can view occasional wildlife, our domestic animals and one of the best views North Dakota has to offer (in my opinion).

This property is only 1 minute from the Lakewood public boat landing. It does NOT have direct access to the lake from the home. This property is a bit older but has recently had a lot of updates done to it.
