We absolutely love this place! It’s even more beautiful than the photos and we felt right at home. It’s a perfect little gem, close to downtown but still quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be back!

This is the perfect retreat especially for larger families. Lots of space inside and out. Close to beach/lake access. Very homey. We will be back.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Private but yet convenient to Forest Dunes. Would definitely stay here again!

Timothy was an excellent host. He was very responsive to my initial questions as someone who is newer to renting an AirBnB and was quick to help when I called about an issue with one of the smoke alarms on arrival (extremely minor, just a faulty battery, but I wanted to make sure to ask before deactivating it). Overall a nice place to stay, I would definitely return in the future!

Our stay here was great for our little ski getaway! The house had everything we needed from a fully equipped kitchen, to a cozy living room to lounge in, to large, comfortable bed rooms. We even were able to bring our furry friend along with us. The host was very responsive, friendly, and flexible with check in. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it!

Beautiful and spacious place. Immaculate- wonderful beds and location. Communication was excellent. We cooked almost every evening- the kitchen is very well stocked. Space allows for time as a family and alone time. We loved it!!!!

Great stay, small and cozy for 2 people. Bathroom shower / getting out is kind of tight but doable. A larger person might have more of an issue but over all would recommend. Pretty central in a small town

The home was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We only stay one night and wished our stay was longer. Definitely if we get the chance would stay at this Airbnb again!

Scott was extremely kind and courteous, and was always responsive. He also gave us great local info and helped us when needed. Parking was very easy and there were no additional fees at any point. If you want to ski or snowboard, Thursday is the best day as the lift ticket is only $15. The room was comfortable and very easy to keep warm during our late-Winter trip where it snowed almost every day and temperatures rarely went above 20°F. The room had a fantastic view of the tubing and ski slope of the Ostego Resort, and it was an extremely short and easy to walk to the lodge or the shop to get lift tickets. We stayed here to attend a rally going on in Atlanta MI. It turned out to be a perfect location bc no matter what you needed from food to shopping was literally just minutes away. Accessing Atlanta, or the Canadian border, Petoskey and Traverse City were all very easy day trips to make. I was also pleasantly surprised how courteous everyone drove. My 4 kids, husband and I have been coming to Shanty creek resorts for over 10 years. This is the first time we stayed somewhere other than the resort hotels. We enjoyed we were able to bring our dog on this trip, we had a kitchenette, and we did more in the area because we had to drive ourselves. This gave us a chance to explore and save more money. By staying in a place more reasonable than the hotel and we were able to cook ourselves and didn't have the added expense of a dog sitter. 4girls sharing one bathroom worked out better than I thought. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you The Ramsey family

Great location and warm welcoming home stocked with essentials plus nice touches like firewood ready hot chocolate and coffee. The facilities and pool are great. Have stayed here several times and will be coming back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Navid’s Summit Shack and appreciate the host’s hospitality. The place was cozy, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of lake Bellaire.

Our stay at Blufin Lodge was perfect. We enjoyed having the week with the lodge as our home base for exploring all the sights in the area. We lucked out having arrived during peak leaf season. Driving through the resort was like a dream with all the beautiful fall colors. My husband and I, along with our two daughters, appreciated having our own space to relax after our adventures. The hosts have thought of all the little things you didn’t even know you needed. Cozy and comfortable throughout. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the tools to cook some of our own meals. Access to the resort amenities was a great addition and we took advantage of the pool many nights. The Lakeview Restaurant offered a great happy hour with spectacular sunset views of Lake Bellaire. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely consider returning to this lovely condo.

What a great stay! Very comfortable for my boyfriend and I for a nice snowy ski weekend!

This a nice condo for our family during a ski weekend. The accommodations were comfortable and less than 10 minute drive to the Cedar River Lodge and purple chairlift. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a full day of skiiing. Deb was very responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate our dog when our boarding plans for him fell through.

We had a wonderful weekend away! Cheryl’s recommendations were so helpful! We enjoyed the area and had a peaceful stay.
