Cant beat the location for peace and quite!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this cabin. The location is absolutely beautiful and peaceful—right by the water, which made for a perfect, relaxing escape. Waking up to the views and sounds of nature was a highlight of the trip. The cabin itself was spotless and clearly well cared for. It was filled with thoughtful touches that made the stay extra comfortable—from cozy linens to a well-equipped kitchen and small details that showed real attention and care. We especially loved the kayaks and how easy it was to get them on the river. If you're looking for a serene getaway in a stunning setting, I can’t recommend this place enough. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Spring River Lookout is a wonderful place to stay. The view from both the upper and lower decks are fabulous. The river is crystal clear. Megan's paddle board was perfectly suited for the shallow water near her dock. I paddled down Spring River to the Deschutes, then upstream to Harper Bridge. Finally I floated with the current back to Megan's place. That's just one example of the fun you can have. Just kicking back on the dock, in the cabin, or on the deck is amazing as well. The cabin is comfortable, clean and well cared for. We will be back!

I could not recommend this stay enough!! Keith was a wonderful host who granted us with an early check in and late check out to soak up all of the time we could! Our entire crew of found family slept comfortably in this beautiful cabin, made fun memories playing games in the yard and swinging on the rope swing, and enjoyed cooking and eating together in the gorgeous kitchen! This space gives the PERFECT blend of privacy and communal space, it is perfect! RECOMMENDATION: Definitely walk the trails on the property, swing on the rope swing with your buddies pushing you, and hike the Lower Diamond Creek Falls trail!

I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area to stay here. I will definitely come back here again. It was so peaceful and beautiful. The mornings here were absolutely stunning. The bed was so comfortable. It had everything we need. The screen porched wrapped around the house which I loved. I miss it already.

Star gazing, kayaking, special time with the family - some of the highlights of our stay. Karli was great at communicating both proactively and in answering our questions. She went out of her way to make us feel at home. When I asked for a nearby restaurant recommendation for breakfast, Karli referred us to a local spot and offered to share her own breakfast ingredients with us! It was a kind and generous offer. We very much enjoyed the resident dogs Dusty and Rusty who came over to welcome us to the property - so sweet and friendly! The cabin looked just as it did in the photos online and the property was easy to find even though we arrived in the dark. If you're looking for a quiet, friendly, peaceful stay, I would definitely recommend this lovely cabin!

What a incredible experience! My fiance and I came here to celebrate our anniversary and we are so happy that we did. The cabin was gorgeous(inside and out). It has all the modern amenities your heart could desire while still also holding that traditional cabin feel. It was very cozy and had very beautiful art work and artifacts through out. The kitchen is stocked with organic products(we appreciate that so much!!). We were also greeted with a lovely welcome basket that was stuffed full of different snacks , a very good bottle of wine and quail eggs. The view from the cabin of the lake and valley was gorgeous. We really enjoyed taking the row boat out on the lake and fishing, it was great having an entire lake to ourselves. We enjoyed walking around the lake and looking at all the cool rocks(agates, etc). There is so much to do here, we wish we would have more time to explore more of the property. Truly natures paradise. There is something for everyone here!

Amazing place to stay! The cabin is cozy and gorgeous - we were extremely impressed when we arrived! The area is absolutely beautiful - definitely take advantage of the hike around the lake! - and we had no problems getting to the cabin, directions were clear and helpful. Tracy and Bill were kind and responsive, although we didn’t contact them much since our stay went so smoothly.

So happy we found this adorable home. It was beautifully decorated and super cozy. So thankful we got to reunite with my family at such a great place. Spa was icing on the cake! Everything was clean and organized. Elisha was super friendly and extremely responsive with any of our needs. Hoping to stay again in the future!!

We loved our stay at this cozy cabin! Close proximity to the SHARC and village was an added bonus. Michel was super responsive and accommodating; we would definitely book again!

Thomas was great to work with. The house was great with plenty of room for us. Outdoor was nice, seeing deer and a friendly Blue Jay. Grill was clean and made for great BBQ. House area was peaceful. Water toys and bikes were a great additional to the rental.

This home was such an amazing place to spend the weekend! We really enjoyed the location RIGHT on the water, and the quietness of the neighborhood. It was amazing, and Kelly gave very detailed and easy to follow instructions.

It was very peaceful and lots of parking available. Kind of a tight driveway if you have big trucks but manageable.

What a beautiful cabin! The location is gorgeous, the lodgings are cozy, and we had everything we needed for a pleasant escape to the McKenzie. We’ll definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I stayed for our anniversary and it was exceptional to say the least. Beautiful land, our cottage looked out towards the alpaca sanctuary. Friendly free-range chickens came to pay us a visit while we cooked our dinner on their very clean barbecue. We were pleasantly surprised by the complementary s’mores bar and fresh eggs for breakfast! Also, I was able to bring my cat, who accompanies us on our adventures but unfortunately isn’t welcomed at all of the places we try to stay at. Over all, very accommodating, private, and beautiful. The perfect getaway spot! Highly recommend!

Beautiful river retreat! I appreciated how pet-friendly it was! Our two small pups enjoyed the large fenced-in yard and the beach access to the river. The hosts provided dog towels, sheets, poo bags and dog bowls. The backyard space has multiple fire pits, tables and sitting areas making each hang outside feel like a different place. The hot tub is fairly new (1-2 years?) and was serviced right at the start of our stay! We had one tripped breaker and the host quickly offered to send out their electrician, asking what time I wanted them to come and giving me flexibility and notice. (Yes I am embarrassed that I flipped the breaker insufficiently). The kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked for all our needs (and more!). Espresso pods were provided and the coffee station options were perfect for everyone's taste (espresso, drip, french press, hot cocoa). The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were clean and crisp. Endless supply of towels, blankets, soap, tp, etc. Highly recommend!

An amazing find! Comfy cabin that’s a perfect mix of rustic charm and modern amenities. Beautiful surroundings with easy access to the both the National Forest and town of Bend. Would absolutely stay again!

This cabin was a lovely, private place to stay while exploring the coast and Eugene area. Just far enough outside of town to feel like you're in the wilderness yet close enough to town to grab dinner in Eugene. Saw plenty of wildlife and sounds of the birds on the pond made the place feel extra special. Everything was laid out clearly and the cabin had everything we needed for our stay. We hope to go back in the future!!

Candace and RG's place is a real gem. We stayed for an entire month and enjoyed every day of it. The house is fully equipped for extended stays. If you are an outdoorsy type you will fall in love with their gorgeous property which has an extensive network of trails to hike. Candace and RG are wonderful folks and since we are now moving to the area we already have new friends. If you want to spend time in the Rogue Valley but stay out of the urban sprawl you'll be hard pressed to find a better spot. Five big stars!

Beautiful little house in the woods. Its a cowgirls dream. Lot's of really cool country decorations and a very peaceful environment. Would probably be nice hidout in the summer too.

We had a lovely visit. The surrounding area is beautiful and the nearby hills were green with sporadic flowering trees. So quiet. The house was a wonderful size with all the amenities and more. Games and puzzle and records to play and even a guitar. We enjoyed a fire in the evening and making meals. Bathroom is spacious and warm. Every wall had windows and something new to look at. It was a charming getaway.

My partner and I wanted a weekend getaway from the city to unplug and recharge. This place hit the nail on the head. Am planning on my next getaway here.

Such a gorgeous place to stay! I took a trip to Ashland and this was the perfect place! It is very peaceful and in a spacious area of Ashland. The inside is cozy and welcoming. Cassandra is simply the best host! She is so welcoming and friendly! So glad I chose to stay here! If you want to visit Ashland I highly recommend staying here!
