On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining kitchen with wood stove, intimate living room with sofas, TV, fireplace. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Spacious, and equipped with every comfort. Garden with privacy and BBQ. Ample parking space. No groups of young people, parties allowed. Cash to be paid per person per night, 1.50 euro tourist tax to be paid on departure.

The house is located in the wooded area of Sterksel, near the heath and many green cycling routes. On the forest plot, you have access to an outdoor swimming pool (unheated, open in summer), table, lawn, basketball court, canoes, fire pit, trampoline and BBQ.

Shop and cafe 150 meters away, nature reserve 250 meters away. Eindhoven Valkenswaard and Weert can be reached within 15 minutes by car.

Budel is a village in the town center Cranendonck in the Dutch province of Noord-Brabant and is located about 25 km south of Eindhoven. It runs on the Belgian-Limburg municipality of Hamont-Achel and the Dutch-Limburg municipality of Weert. In the grounds of Loods 19 and Kunstwei Budel, just outside the built-up area, on the Grensweg, there is a cozy guest house. Lots of privacy behind your own front door. Great for not enjoying anything, family visit, or a business night.
