The house is located in the wooded area of Sterksel, near the heath and many green cycling routes. On the forest plot, you have access to an outdoor swimming pool (unheated, open in summer), picnic table, lawn, basketball court, canoes, campfire, trampoline and BBQ.

Our charming guest house in Sterksel is located in the back of our yard, in the middle of the Brabant countryside. A lovely place where you can relax, enjoy peace and space, and your dog or horse is allowed (in consultation) to join you. The cottage offers full privacy with two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a cozy shared kitchen. Whether you come for hiking, biking or horseback riding, the area with countless cycling and riding routes is literally on your doorstep.

Shop and cafe 150 meters away, nature reserve 250 meters away. Eindhoven Valkenswaard and Weert can be reached within 15 minutes by car.

The smart TV gives you plenty of channels or the internet. The spacious bathroom has a wellness feeling with bath and shower. Bedding, a set of towels, bicycles and baby bed included.

Het guesthouse is voorzien van een eigen badkamer (wastafel, douche, toilet) en een eigen keuken (koelkast, Nespresso koffieautomaat met melkopschuimer, waterkoker, magnetron en een tweepits elektrische kookplaat). Naast een comfortabel bed (1.40m) is er een eetkamertafel en een zithoek met grote hoekbank. Via de tuindeuren heb je toegang tot het terras en de tuin, die je met ons als gezin deelt. Parkeren kan op onze oprit, inclusief laadfaciliteiten voor elektrische auto.

Close to the starting point of the Happen & Trappen routes: Guitenroute and Heidehoeveroute.
