Welcome to Sint-Oedenrode, a beautiful village, full of beautiful hiking and cycling areas! And you're right in the middle of it. Only a 5-minute walk from the cozy city center and about a 15-minute drive from Eindhoven (Airport) and Den Bosch, you will find our house. A golf course (De Schoot) and sauna (Thermae Son) are nearby. We live on a quiet street with free parking. You have a view of our private garden. Free WiFi, Digital TV and Netflix are available.

The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds (80-200) and a cozy seating area with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. In front of the Guesthouse, you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.

The spacious living area features a comfortable corner sofa and a large 75-inch smart TV mounted on the wall. A modern fireplace is visible, with a sleek black coffee table positioned in front, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxation. Natural light fills the space through the windows.
