Curtis was very helpful and accomodating! I held a women's art retreat at the property. The ladies loved the beauty and the peaceful property. The home had everything we needed. We were sad to leave. I would definitely go back of its available! Thanks for a great weekend!

Family Beach Getaway w/ Pool & Sports Playground

This property was perfect for our family and friends spring break trip. The backyard is amazing and kept the kids entertained for hours. The house was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes and the property has tons of really nice beach chairs and a wagon. The property is also minutes away from tons of restaurants and things to do. I only had one high maintenance request (squeaky doors waking my toddler up) while we were there and they had someone out within an hour to help which I appreciated so much. We would definitely stay here again!

We are so grateful for Randy! This was an amazing location. Everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable was already there waiting for us. I would 100% recommend staying here. My kids had the best time and loved all of the beach toys that were neatly waiting for them. I can’t even tell you my favorite part. Everything was perfect.

Prefect Place! ❤️ We enjoyed everything about our stay! The location was excellent … not far from Mayo for our doctor’s appointments. We could sit on the couch and watch the ocean or walk the short, quiet, private trail to the beach. It was easy to access with clear instructions. It was very clean and had everything one would need. It was a joy to stay here and I would definitely LOVE to stay again! I highly recommend it😊

This property was absolutely gorgeous! The beach was beautiful and very private. We were literally steps from the water and could hear the ocean waves from every room of the house. There is plenty of outdoor space and chairs to lounge and soak up the sun. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and hope to book this property again!

Lucus was very responsive and accommodating. His home was well stocked with everything you might need. Coffee bar, snacks, and drinks were available. The bath towels were thick and fluffy. ( I loved the shampoo but forgot to write down the brand.) The location is very secure and we felt very safe in his lovely neighborhood. The place did not feel like a rental but more like we were visiting friends.

It felt like every detail had been thought of — from the well-stocked kitchen to all the little touches that made it feel like home. The location couldn’t be better — literally steps to the beach, which most days felt like our own private spot. Waking up to the sunrise every morning was such a treat, and we spent our days either posted up with a book, wandering down the beach, searching for shells, or heading into town to explore St. Augustine. It was the perfect mix of peaceful and convenient — easy to unplug and relax, but close enough to everything we wanted to do. Our family felt so at home here, and we’re already talking about when we can come back.

Lauren’s place stands out in the villas at Ponte Vedra Beach. We stayed in 4 Summer Place villas this year. Casita by the Sea was the best—well appointed, great ocean/beach view and access, offered a variety of supplies, large tv, furnishings/linens/towels of excellent quality. Although in a condo complex this unit’s patio just seemed the most private and had good furniture. We were very comfortable. Definitely returning to Lauren’s place.

This is hands down the nicest Airbnb my wife and I have ever stayed in. Visually...stunning! Walk outside, down to the water...wow! Sunsets were amazing. Went to Vito's, right up the street, on Friday night, incredible meal! If I could give Danielle and this property more than 5 stars, I would...more like 20. Oh, yeah, and she has everything you could think of there...she has literally thought of everything. We're going back in 2 weeks for Easter...can't wait!

Limited parking was our only downside, only room for two vehicles and parking along street could be difficult depending on time of day/year. Otherwise the location and villa itself was awesome and we would definitely stay again.

Thank you Michele for being a great, responsive host. Your house was perfect for our meeting, plenty of space for conversation, very comfortable and efficient. The local restaurants were fantastic. Palm Valley Fish Camp and Valley Smoke were both off the chain for both atmosphere and quality. We also adventured to the TPC for a lunch…great menu…club house is a must do. (Side note…we asked the starter if we could catch a ride to 16,17, and 18). Incredible experience…just need to ask. Great visit…looking forward to making this our future go to location!

My sister got married nearby so we stayed at the place for the week. It was amazing from start to finish. Firstly, the beds were so comfortable. Secondly, this place is really private and quiet. It was so relaxing to sit outside in the enclosed porch. This place looks even better in person. Very well maintained and probably one of the nicest houses on the street. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend this place to other people.

Amazing return visit! This was our second time at Elizabeth’s place and it was fantastic. The townhome was spotless and Elizabeth is easy to get ahold of if anything is needed. The location is perfect- walkable to beach, shops and restaurants. Kitchen is updated and well appointed. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We had a terrific week staying as a family in this place. 6 adults and an infant, everybody had plenty of space and privacy but was also able to comfortably hangout in the living areas. The beach is amazing and the large table and grill in the backyard were perfect for enjoying family meals. We really appreciated how responsive you were to our needs. Great communication when we had a little trouble with the Airbnb App itself, and the early check-in and late check-out ended up being handled easily. Thanks again!
