The place was super cozy, just as seen in the photos. Everything was very clean and tidy, you could tell that they take care of every detail. The location is perfect: We were able to get around easily and enjoy everything without complications. Susana was charming from the start, super attentive and always willing to help. He allowed us to check in early and was also flexible with check-out, which was a big plus. You could tell he was genuinely interested in us having a good experience. The house had everything you need for a comfortable stay: comfortable beds, an equipped kitchen, and common areas ideal for sharing with the family. It even had touches we didn't expect, like cookies and coffee. My family and I had a very special time there, and we would definitely come back. 100% recommended

Amazing location on a cute, quiet street in one of the nicest and safest neighborhoods in Arequipa, walking distance to Yanahuara plaza. You can find affordable menu del día restaurants nearby if you know where to look. Stunning view of Misti volcano from the window by the bed. The cozy loft was great for us although we wouldn’t recommend to anyone who isn’t comfortable with steep and narrow stairs. It’s quiet and private and has lots of natural light. Enzo was responsive if we had any questions or requests and even let us check in early. Overall we would stay here again and strongly recommend!

Jose, I can’t say enough about how wonderful my stay in your beautiful place was, I felt right at home. Your place was just like the pictures, clean and peaceful, love waking up with the sound of the birds. The place is very close to the plaza de armas, 6-10 min in uber. Jose was very friendly and attentive, gave great recommendations for places to go eat breakfast and other restaurants.
