Amazing location just steps from the water and a ferry stop. Easy to get to Granville Island, Kitsilano, or downtown Vancouver. Lovely place to go for a walk on the seawall in the morning!

This place was perfect for our family of four. we easily felt comfortable and at home. Clean and well maintained. Easy to get to. check-in and check out were easy. Felt very secure. The location is wonderful, incredibly walkable. Close to everything. Would not hesitate to stay again!

This was one of the best Airbnb stays I have had. The place was upscale with new amenities and had everything you would need. The location was in the heart of it all. There were amazing restaurants close, a bike rental shop next door, walking distance to the sea walll, the ferry to granville island, etc. Colleen was responsive and gave very detailed instructions. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit.

Travis’ place was perfect for our family’s three nights stay on the Island. He had the single mattress and the pack and play set up for my kids before we arrived. The set up is perfect for a multi generation family trip. We got to really enjoy the amenities such as the pool and the pickle ball court. Would definitely consider renting again here!

Home away from Home, is how I would describe this. From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were not only welcomed there but that we could feasibly own this place. We stayed a total of 5 nights, and were began to feel sad after the 4th night, knowing we would have to leave. Being literal steps from the ocean made for beautiful sunsets and serene mornings. The area is fairly well protected from winds as we were facing a North-West direction. The indoor pool, hot tub, gym and games room are all within a quick 3-minute walk. The indoor pool is very large with a large shallow area for the kiddo's. Indoor pool has a Dry Sauna as well. The hosts, Kimberly and John, are very communicative. There is a provided binder with local amenities and Places of Interest. We took their suggestions and had a wonderful time getting to know the area! All-in-all, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We have officially decided that we will be making Vancouver Island our yearly destination.

We really loved Kian's spot! The neighborhood was quiet and close to the water which made it easy to take the water taxi to Granville. It was nice to have a couple of cafes close by as well as an upscale neighborhood grocery store. We were able to walk downtown and up to a lively restaurant nearby called Maxine's. It was a soggy cold weekend so it was nice to come back to a warm comfortable place with great light. Kian communicated very clearly and directions were repeated which was very helpful because there were a number of steps to follow since I had a car. Once we checked in and got the hang of things, all went smoothly. We found Kian to be attentive. I hope to return next year!

We loved staying at the Waterfall Hotel. It is conveniently located, very clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Wayne was an excellent host. I highly recommend!

Would definitely recommend if staying in the area. I could have showed up with nothing and still had more than I needed! Clean, spacious place. Everything you could need within walking distance. Free underground secure parking. Would stay again!

This condo was so great! I could live here. It had pretty much anything you could need for a short or long stay. The full kitchen was nice with the full size, 6 person table. There were several condiments, tea and coffee left in the kitchen to use. The bathrooms and beds were beautiful. Even the hide-a-bed was fairly comfortable. The pool, hot tub and gym were in a different building so we only used them once. The beach and walking path were right outside the door. The walk is definitely worth it, even if you don’t have a lot of time. Other than the shoreline, Nanoose Bay is within an hour of many hikes, waterfalls and hidden gems to explore. We didn’t find a bakery or grocery store within walking distance. The closest would be Parksville which is not far. But you do have to drive or set out for a long walk. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area. Thank you!

Our stay at the Strand was simply magical and will hold a very special place in our memories for many years to come. Every attention to detail in all the furnishings, kitchen/bathroom amenities and local recommendations were so thoughtful and made this magical place feel like home, a very warm, peaceful and relaxing home! The beautiful photos from this listing were what attracted us to this booking but the reality was even far more breathtaking, stunning and exceeded all our expectations. We’ve stayed at many Airbnbs around the world and the Strand has to be one of, if not the, BEST one we’ve ever stayed at. This location was perfect for exploring Vancouver. Our stay at Kay’s place was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. Kay’s communication was exceptional and always quick to respond. We especially appreciated the amazing local tips of places to eat. The apartment was in a great location for exploring Vancouver. It was close to the ferries to take you to Granville or Kitsalano. The picturesque seawall walk was just down the street taking you to Stanley Park or Yaletown. There were lots of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. The apartment was compact and had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. We would definitely stay here again on any future trips.

beautiful room....very clean beautiful resort...the view from the room isn't that great but the resort it self has many places to enjoy the views ...restaurant the food was amazing hot tub was great

We had a fabulous time with our kids at Andrew’s house, it’s situated in a lovely quiet setting with a balcony to take in the magical views of the beach. The house had everything we needed, to enjoy our stay. We had a short walk to the beach and lovely walk in the forest. All local shops within 5mins drive in Parksville and would also hugely recommend the Parksville community park for the kids to burn off energy. I would hugely recommend The Mount Arrowsmith Brewery for lunch , great service .

Awesome spot! The location is absolutely stunning — super peaceful and feels like a proper escape. The spa was a real highlight — great setup, super clean, and perfect for chilling out after a day of exploring. Would 100% stay again.

We (2 adults and 1 child) really enjoyed our stay at Joel’s place. He was very responsive and kind. It was a quiet stay even though it is under a residence. Location was good too - about 5-15 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go. We would recommend to friends and family!

Stunning views. It rained the whole time we were there but the views were still worth it. Very friendly host.

The terrific kitchen/appliances even improved my cooking! Parking is off the road so it is important to refer to instructions, but it therefore has very safe, ample parking and privacy. It is well set up for large gatherings, retreats, gourmet cooking classes, etc, with kitchen, pool, hot tub, sauna. Has wonderful panoramic views of lake — changing light, scullers and crew boats.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage north of Qualicum Beach. The property was perfect for our young family, and the hosts were absolutely fantastic. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool area. The resort features a small hot tub with a mild temperature, which was ideal for our young kids. The cottage was well stocked with kitchen items and beautifully decorated, making our stay even more enjoyable. It was a nice, quiet resort and property, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would love to come back again. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and family-friendly vacation spot!

Luke is a fantastic host, always responsive to our many questions! The place is so spacious and the views are incredible. We walked to town every day and often got the bus back. We are already thinking of when we can make a return trip. Thank you Luke and Aurea.
