Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Cowes

Darren and Tanya was some of the nicest Airbnb hosts we’ve had to inquire over the last couple of years, they were prompt and caring in regards to every single needs that we inquired, left us a greeting bottle of red wine as well as fresh flowers on the table. For all the week we required help with several different points in our stay. There were some of the most lovely posts we’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

The property was perfect, the pictures are lovely and they reflect the quality. The property once there is outstanding and very peaceful. It’s one of those hidden Gem AirBnBs, we loved the stay and will hopefully return.

A lovely spacious and clean, well equipped comfortable house. Nice location close to the beach and esplanade to Cowes. Great food (and sunsets) at the local pub. Highly recommend.

We had a great time staying here for our family celebration. The house and garden are well equipped. Good location, especially for evening walks to see amazing sunsets. Sarah was so helpful accommodating our requests and recommending local places to eat. This is such a good starting point for visits around the island.

This was our second stay. Everything was as nice as we remembered from our first visit. The flat is spacious and well-appointed, the location is private and quiet, and the hosts are friendly and responsive. What more could you ask for in an AirBnB?

Bright , clean & modernly decorated house( photos in listing don’t do it justice. Was pleasantly surprised) A great base with Lake beach at the end of the street, may be inaccessible to some with mobility issues as has a steep slope and some steps at the bottom but we found it fine and walked from there to Sandown and Shanklin. Would use again if visiting Isle of Wight

We had a perfect weekend at Bag End Cottage - the place is really homely and Nicholas had provided lots of nice touches like a treat filled welcome pack that really made our stay. The cottage is well laid out and has two separate living areas if needed. We enjoyed the light and bright open plan kitchen /sitting area with doors opening out in the lovely sunny garden with the hot tub. Bedrooms were comfortable and with two bathrooms it was ideal for a two couple stay. The location is really close into town but also remarkably peaceful. Nicholas really went above and beyond to make our weekend so easy. Clear instructions before arrival for directions and parking, and good recommendations for restaurants. He also came to our rescue when we had a slight key situation (of our own making)..... Very responsive and friendly host. Highly recommend and we are looking forward to staying next time we are in Cowes.

We are home after a Mon- Fri half term break at Admiral’s Watch, and we have had a wonderful time. Before we arrived we had clear directions from Nicky along with a really helpful list of recommendations for places to go with the kids. Getting to the property was easy and it was great to have a dedicated parking spot. The area is peaceful and completely beautiful. The small precinct of shops/ restaurants within the terrace was useful and didn’t intrude on our stay at all. The property itself is beautiful and just like the photos- the sea is right in front of the apartment making the views amazing. Nicky has styled the property beautifully and there was plenty of space for us as a family of four plus our dog. Activity wise I would recommend a trip to nearby Hurst Castle, and a meal at the Cliff House restaurant which was a short stroll away. Totally recommended, we had a great stay. My stay at Ellerslie Lodge Annexe was absolutely lovely. Nestled on the gentle slopes of Portsdown Hill, the annexe strikes the perfect balance between a peaceful countryside escape and proximity to amenities . From the moment I arrived, I appreciated the private entrance and free on-site parking, which made checking in and out seamless. The space itself was impeccably cleaned and thoughtfully appointed—comfortable, private, and ideal for both relaxation and productivity. Whether you're winding down after a long day or setting up a workspace, the annexe delivers on all counts . Communication with the host was smooth and professional. Check-in instructions were clear, and I felt well-supported without feeling intruded upon—exactly what you want in a self-check-in setup. Beautiful apartment in a stunning location. Very clean and comfortable. We particularly loved the outdoor space as we had superb weather to sit out and admire the views. Lots of great places to visit in the surrounding area.

Fantastic stay for a long weekend with my wife! The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the exclusive development added a touch of luxury. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with a great view of the river from the balcony - The seating and table was very comfortable. The one-bedroom layout worked well for us, with spacious rooms and a hall. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A big plus was the convenient car parking, just a stone's throw from the lift. One tip for future guests: make sure to pick up the garage key fob from the apartment before unloading your car! Overall, we were very comfortable here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Jo is a great host. Friendly, fun and helpful. The apartment was BEAUTIFUL. All of the rooms are lovely but the master bedroom is stunning. We loved every minute and hope to go back as soon as we can. Thank you, Jo.

Lovely apartment. Everything we needed. Comfortable. Loved the balcony as it gave an unhindered outlook to the bay, which we love and have visited for many years. Daughter and family in flat below so gave us a lovely family holiday. Lovely Sunday lunch at the Albion though need to make sure you have the Sunday roast menu which they forgot to give us!! Creydi's top floor flat is terrific. It is historic, interesting, clean and a fun place to stay. The location is good for walking around the major sites, and for catching the hovercraft to Ise of Wight. It is a quirky and friendly flat with a large bedroom, great living/dining area, good TV and washing machine - all the things we need and like on our long trip away from home.

What a lovely place and lovely hosts. The bed was so comfortable we slept more than usual, unless it was the lovely relaxing hot tub that tired us. The welcome food and treats and wine was very generous and very welcome. It was a very quiet and relaxing area. We stayed for 6 nights and would highly recommended

Great location to get to lots of various locations, we visited New Forest, Southampton, Portsmouth and walked down to the shingle beach, which was only a ten minute walk! Lovely and clean place, small but not tiny, just enough room for two adults and two small dogs. Everything was a thoughtful touch, from kitchen wear to comfort. Would definitely stay again if I was ever visiting the same area. Jackie was super helpful and very friendly, which is always a bonus. The surrounding area is residential and also partly industrial but noise level was low, which we appreciated. Plenty of space to park your car and close to the train station.

Great view over the river, apartment was very clean, modern and secure with keypad entry. Easy walk to restaurants and Spar supermarket nearby. Secure car park, parking space numbers are on the ground with slightly weird numbering system. Excellent entry instructions from the host, just read them properly. It does make the apartment very secure. Definitely a great choice to stay in Southampton.

Great location on the picturesque Military Road. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms; clean and well equipped kitchen. Tranquil place and good feature of video game for teenagers and non. Next time we will try the free sauna!

Rockpools is a lovely comfortable downstairs apartment in a great location. It’s a building with a characterful history and we’ve now stayed here three times, which tells you something about both the accommodation and the area. Hard to beat! Thank you Katie, I’m sure we’ll be back again!

Rose's place is beautifully clean and comfortable. We were warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. We loved relaxing in the beautiful garden and very much appreciated the thoughtful note that had been left, along with the generous provision of breakfast and hot drink items. We had two great meals out, one at The Ship and one at The George. It was so easy to get into the forest for walks. A great stay and we would thoroughly recommend!

Such a fantastic place to stay with great hosts too!! It was only a short walk to the beach and to the shops which was perfect for our family. But it was equally wonderful to be able to sit in the flat and look out at the stunning view of the sea too. It definitely felt like a home away from home! Thank you Louis!

This a beautiful bright and very well designed pad - just 3 mins walk from a beach that goes on for miles. It's kept to a very high standards and one of the best Airbnb's I've stayed in for a long time. I would definitely recommend it and we will return
