Annie was always available to answer any question. She was very nice and we could tell she wanted us to really enjoy our stay. The views were amazing, everything was very clean and we felt right at home. I celebrated my 60 th Birthday day with Family and some friends just for a few hours and they all loved the place and some were interested in possibly staying there sometime themselves. Needless to say, I highly recommend this place. Thank you Annie for providing me a wonderful Birthday weekend.

Had a lovely stay in Ali’s guest room with private entrance! It’s a spacious room with easy access through the backyard. Plenty of parking. Easy walking distance from shops and restaurants. Not too far from Seaside Beach and the Boardwalk. Everyone I met at the house was super friendly. Even Ali’s mom came over to help her set-up for an open studio day/art tour for her jewelry. It was a great place to stay in Santa Cruz, would definitely recommend if you are looking for a room in a house to rent!
