The Cozy Cottage with its separate guest house is a unique historic woodland property in the town of Abita Springs near restaurants and shopping. Located on an acre and a half, the grounds are landscaped in native plants and towering pines and oaks. A primary feature of the house is its wraparound screen porch where guests can gather for meals and to listen to the birds. Built of barge board, the cottage has been renovated with modern amenities but maintains its historic character and charm.

The Little Lodge is located on a 7 acre gated estate in a wooded bedroom community south of the Village of Folsom. The lodge is on the property beside the main house facing an one acre horse paddock and overlooking a 3 acre pond, dock and gazebo. Attractions nearby include; Global Wildlife Center, an Alligator farm, the Bogue Chitto State Park, old town of Covington with antique shops, art galleries, and fine dining. We are only 45 miles from Downtown New Orleans. l

It is a vaping & smoke free zone for 2 adults only with no pets allowed. The driveway and parking areas are security camera monitored ensuring a safe stay and owners live on the premises. Relax and enjoy the Owls Nest. Less then a mile from the lake, enjoy the restaurants, tail head, and all that Old Mandeville has to offer. Windows on all sides create a warm and comfortable feel. Enjoy the King Bed and newly remodeled Gourmet kitchen. Must be able to climb stairs. The space doesn't share any walls and has its own private entrance.
