I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

This is a very comfortable and well appointed place in a beautiful little village. 2 minutes walk from a decent pub and 20 mins drive from Worcester. Plenty of space for a family of 4 and easy to use facilities. The decor is lovely. Robin was a very helpful host.

My friends and I stayed for a wedding and this was a perfect location to stay. Thank you to Gurm, who warmly greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house. Everything we needed was provided and Gurm kindly recommended some local restaurants. Sadly we didn't have time to use the pool table in the games room, but it was a great set up with a tv there too (perfect for a premier league match and beers with some pals).

We rented this Airbnb for a works meeting and it couldnt have worked out any better. The accommodation was clean and beds really comfy, the outside space was great so we did most of the meeting in the late afternoon and evening sat in the sunshine in the garden. We couldnt fault the cleanliness of the kitchen or bathrooms and the showers were really powerful, what was needed to wake us all up in the morning to carry on our meeting. We had milk and juice in the fridge when we arrived and tea and coffee was provided along with a little treat that was a lovely added touch. Joy (the host) responded to all requests for information and the information regarding access to the house etc was provided in time with easy to follow instructions. We would just like to say a BIG thankyou to Joy.

We used James’ AirBnB the night before I got married and it was exactly the right place to be before such an important day! Clean, clear instructions to find and enter, and lots of amenities to help relax before the big day!

Lovely place in very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Fantastic for our dogs - the garden was fully enclosed with good dog walks close by. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you.

Sarah is a great host. From acknowledging the reservation through to personally checking in on arrival and departure. The property is as described and the homemade goodies, great selection of teas/coffees plus fresh milk and breakfast really make the stay feel special. If, like me, you’re staying with a dog, then you’ll appreciate the provision of dog towels and a welcome treat, as well as a great field for walking (literally 2 mins from the doorstep). We stayed for 2 nights and I wish it had been longer. Maybe next time! An Airbnb experience that really delivered and made my Cotswold weekend particularly pleasurable.

A perfect place for an overnight catchup between two couples - halfway between Somerset and Lincolnshire! Lesley was a great host - quick to respond, helpful and friendly, and The Annexe was immaculate. It was well-equipped, with thoughtful touches such as eggs and milk in the fridge, and it was great to have access to a couple of outdoor spaces for Rupert the Labrador to stretch his legs. We could have stayed for much longer (thank you for doing one-night stays though, Lesley!) and will definitely be back.

We loved staying at Miranda and Alex’s place. The cottage was spacious and neat and the amenities were thoughtful and provided in adequate quantities. Miranda was an extremely helpful and generous host. She was kind enough to also bake us extremely tasty bread that we thoroughly enjoyed. All in all an enjoyable experience and we would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a good base to explore nearby parts of Cotswolds. Look forward to staying here in the future.

Our first visit to Stratford upon Avon was a great one in part due to our wonderful stay at Lisa's place. It was spotless and well maintained; it looked recently renovated. Kitchen was fully stocked. Being on the ground floor, it was easy to bring our luggage in and out with a baby and our stroller. The location was the best part, being right across the street from Shakespeare's birthplace, and a very short walk to shops, grocery stores and restaurants. Many thanks for a memorable stay, Lisa!

A really nice stylish and welcoming apartment in a quiet, leafy but convenient location, with everything we needed including a comfortable bed and really good shower. Even better than the photos suggest. Very close walk to all that Kings Heath and Moseley offer. Thanks for a great stay!

This is one of the best Airbnb places we have stayed at. The location and the apartment are amazing. private , very clean and an amazing host. We stayed here for a few days after a very long journey and felt right at home. Kids were very happy. Place is quiet and private. Great location. Thank you Kam for being a great host.

Me and my husband stayed at Stuart and Bethan’s place for a month, I was working at Queen Elizabeth Hospital which is a 10 mins walk from the flat. The check-in was easy and Stuart was very friendly and provided all the information before we arrived. The flat was the highlight of our trip, the place was exactly as described,clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the beautiful surroundings, and the walkable distance from shops and the hospital. Stuart and Bethan were extremely responsive and you would feel at home due to their attention for the small details. The bed was very comfy, the sofa bed was a plus and not having stairs made everything easy because we had large bags. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Birmingham, and I would definitely stay again! 🤩

The appartment was very clean and modern and we particularly liked all the artwork! We had lovely views over a peaceful river setting. The hosts gave very clear instructions. An ideal place in which to stay to explore historic Warwick and the surrounding area.

We had a lovely stay at Peters place, we only stayed for one night but it was just what we needed. Very convenient and comfortable. Finding the place, parking and getting in was extremely easy and Peter had great responsive communication. We would be happy to stay again!

Lovely private apartment in walking distance to trains/buses, supermarket, restaurants and shops. Great back yard, right on the canal. Very peaceful despite having a train line opposite the canal. Apartment has everything you need and Aubrey is always helpful and responsive. Our second stay here and we would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful 4 night stay very relaxing exactly what we needed. Great walks short and long with our old boy spaniel. Local pubs/shops/chippy are brilliant. Esther & John are great hosts. Place is amazing, highly recommended. Would love to return.

Another wonderful stay with Pam and Paul as always. Everything is perfect from the beautiful apartment to the surrounding fields and views. It is a lovely place to totally wind down and relax and Pam and Paul go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and have all you need. Beautiful space outside to sit and just switch off. Outstanding! This is truly a stunning apartment, Mihir has done an exceptional renovation. It would equally rival a high end boutique apartment, with attention to details such as lighting, the appliances and quality of the bed linen.. Don’t be fooled by the external appearance of the building.. this apartment is amazing.

From start to finish an amazing welcome. Cate was so informative from booking to us arriving. Super clean and so well stocked for everything we needed and so informative about the places we wished to visit. HIghly recommend x

The accommodation was stunning, in a beautiful, rural area that was still close to everything you would need (pubs, restaurants, shops, attractions etc.) Would recommend to anybody and would definitely stay again😊
