This is a great flat. Beautifully decorated. Spotlessly clean and it was very lovely to stay in for the week. I come to Leicester regularly and will always see if this flat is available from now on. It is true that the building could do with some love, but the residents are lovely and the flat is super! There is 24 hour NCP parking right next door too, which has been very helpful. The experience was great, overall it was all good. The room was very clean, the decor was cozy, you can make as much food as you want here, the place is very well equipped with tools, the stay was very good, would stay here again if I come next time!

Honestly, it was such a lovely stay and experience, and you dont have to worry about hearing noises from cars/trains as the windows are double glazed Its extremely peaceful and quite! The skyline view is gorgeous I came here as a get away from the city and worked from home! It was so clean and cosy! Very secure and you feel super safe Will 100% book again!

Moses is a very responsive and great host. He went out of his way to answer any questions i had promptly. Check in instructions was clear and the property was very nice. I would return again.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Cyril's apartment in Birmingham City Centre! The location was perfect – right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping areas, and major attractions like the Bullring and Grand Central. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything I needed for a few home-cooked meals. I also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi . The building was secure and quiet, which added to the overall great experience. Cyril was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making the check-in process seamless and ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay. He was able to quickly provide me with what I needed in the apartment which made me feel extra welcome. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Birmingham and will definitely be staying here again on my next trip. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

My family and friends and I were away for a weekend and our stay was made super comfortable! The hosts were always available to contact if anything needed clarifying and it was a great space to socialise and chill. Would recommend!

Booked a family getaway for a family birthday..the barn was fantastic..perfect for 6 adults and 4 well behaved dogs..spacious and clean..instructions left in a folder were clear..the pool table and dart board were the reasons we chose the barn for entertainment..needed to phone the host as there were no instructions on how to release the balls play pool...phoned the host who was in the area at the time and quickly sorted the release..overall beautiful getaway and very helpful hosts..well done

Good stay at the place, we were only there for one night so weren't too fussed about the place and location. Rooms were clean and adequately furnished, worth the money for our particular case. Also convenient that there is a shop walking distance from this place.

Really lovely stay. As stated, this is the owners' home, so the property was incredibly well-stocked with everything you could need, as well as plush new sofas, carpet and mattresses when we visited. A luxury feel throughout, with considerate touches (e.g. water bottles and glasses on trays in bedrooms, huge bath towels, little treat on arrival and food to get started in fridge), making us feel "well-hosted"! I found the instructions and labels very helpful and there was a spirit of welcoming and generosity from Christine. We settled in quickly and were very comfortable. Very spacious rooms, great shower pressure (only used upstairs), parking available on the drive and road, lovely area with nearby parks and playgrounds for kids; two TVs in two separate living areas, so handy if you have kids and adults with different tastes/needing more space! Always swift communication and a pleasure to deal with.

We had a lovely relaxing weekend, enjoying the hot tub in the garden and peaceful places for walks right on the doorstep. The house is spacious and spotless with everything you need provided.
