Lovely place in South London! Andrew and Reggie were really helpful with all their information about location, bus stops etc. and they answered really quickly to our questions during our stay.

Loved staying here, cozy and beautiful garden to enjoy while at home. Fast Wi-Fi, responsive host.. couldn’t ask for more.

Amazing stay! Highly recommend, we had a great time. Great for kids, our daughter loved the toys and record player. Accessible to most things walking or public transit. We had a car and had to street park which ended up being no big deal. 10/10 would stay again!

Josephine and Richard are truly wonderful hosts. They respected my privacy while also being incredibly helpful with my tour planning. I felt completely relaxed—almost as if I were their daughter. Meeting such amazing hosts was one of the highlights of my trip to London. When I return to London, I’m sure I’ll stay with Josephine again!

We loved our stay with Annie, Andrew and Stanley and would love to come back. The house has been lovingly restored and is beautifully decorated and furnished. We so enjoyed the delicious made to order breakfasts every morning that kept us going until dinner time. Stanley greeted us whenever we came and went and was a welcome surrogate for our own pup at home. The location is perfect - a short walk from the tube station and immediately across the street from beautiful Bishop’s Park. We truly can’t say enough about the Egmont Lodge and the warm welcome we received. Thank you so much Annie and Andrew.

Cosy spot with lots of personality. Loved hearing the music students on the ground floor as we left. Easy access to underground and loads of restaurants within walking distance. Helen was a great host.

Fantastic home with tons of personality! The house was cozy and lovely—just like the pictures. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the tube, the overground, and some lovely shops and restaurants. Best of all, though, the home host was super responsive and accommodating. We visited at Christmas, and they put up a little, adorable Christmas tree for us! The only thing to be aware of is that the key pickup is inside of a corner store down the street—took me a few minutes to find the correct spot. Overall, we loved our stay, and would definitely come again!

We can’t say enough how helpful Sergio was as a host. Thoughtful suggestions and he was always accessible. The unit has all the accessories (and towels) you need. You can’t beat the location of Covent Garden.

What a glorious time we had in London a couple of weeks ago! Staying at 14A for 7 nights was absolutely dreamy. The first floor flat we stayed in was charming, stylishly decorated and comfortable. The accommodations were first class—a well stocked kitchen, comfortable living area and the essential restroom amenities provided, contributed to a stress free environment. Our flat, located in the heart of SoHo, was not only accessible to most everything London has to offer, the minute we walked out the door, we sensed the excitement and electricity of what makes London cool. We loved the diverse climate of the neighborhood and met so many fun people. Upon returning to our flat, once our door was closed, our flat was quiet. We appreciated Flavio and his team’s suggestions and enjoyed some of the places they recommended. We had many inquiries before our arrival, and our inquiries were always answered in a timely manner. Again, our stay at 14A was all we desired—Until next time! Cheerio!♥️?

Our family of three had a great stay at Gabriel’s flat over 2024 holiday week. The flat is perfectly located, spacious, clean and beautiful. Photo depictions are accurate. The flat faces the rear so is very quiet. It overlooks a church yard that provides a scenic view. It is next to the charming Seven Dials/Neals Yard area and very convenient to West End theatres, tube and all sights. Gabriel and his friend Dean, who checked us in, were responsive and flexible. We were happy to find bottles of water, breakfast foods, and snacks that made our stay so much easier. In all, we could not have had a better experience!

Great stay in the centre of London, walkable to the theatre. Raya let us drop our bags at 12 so we could get on with our trip as we were only in London for 24 hours. We met Francis who was checking the property when we dropped our bags and he was really helpful and friendly. Couldn’t fault anything thank you so much.

Great stay here - it couldn’t be more central, but feels like another world the moment you step through the door. Super quiet too, and the street has a bunch of nice restaurants - we chose the one below and it was great! Apartment itself is great looks better than the pictures and hosts were kind enough to give us welcome gifts, help us with our bags, and allow us to check out a little later (heavy night lol!)! 😂

A prime location for anybody wishing to stay in the Covent Garden/Soho Area surrounded by plenty of various bars and restaurants. Guy was great host, he was very responsive and helpful before and after our stay.

Loved my stay here! The space is so cute, and clean, and it’s a beautiful neighborhood. Lots of places to eat or shop nearby And Miriam was a great host, very responsive. Would def stay here again

We enjoyed 5 nights at Kari’s flat. As described by others it is very comfortable, bright and well located in a quiet building close to Southwark station and within easy walking to many restaurants, pubs and tourist areas.

Maria was excellent, very responsive, great place. Not much light in the place because it’s right on the street, but if you don’t mind that, it’s perfect for a short stay.

Loved my stay! The large/tall window and high ceilings in this studio helped to make the place feel quite spacious. Bed was super comfy and I felt right at home. Located in the best neighborhood too! Billie and Max are superb hosts! When I need a place to stay in London, I’ll be booking with them again!

James’s flat was even better in real life than in the photos. Great, very lively location. Walking back to the flat on a Saturday night we were concerned because the area was super busy and kind of loud, but once inside you don’t hear a thing. Loved walking to great restaurants, Chinatown, theaters. Plenty of room, nice outdoor space, everything you need for a great stay in London. We’ll be back!

The apartment is located in the bustling Oxford Circle with lots of options for shopping, dining and entertainment. The description of the apartment was on point, very clean and had all the necessary amenities the we needed. Nartyza is a great host, she was beyond kind in accommodating us with flexible check in and out as our flight was leaving late in the evening. Nartyza promptly communicated with us with all our inquiries and made our stay very very pleasant and enjoyable. Would recommend this place 10/10!!! Thank you again Nartyza

The location is amazing for exploring London’s most popular sights. Easy access to the underground and the neighborhood is full of excellent shopping and dining. The apartment was comfortable for us and our two kids. There is a lot of original artwork in the apartment and the resident is clearly artsy. There are narrow stairs up to the apartment, as other reviews noted, which is not unusual and we managed it just fine. We enjoyed our stay!
