I had such a lovely stay at Sally’s caravan by the beach! The location is unbeatable – just a short stroll to the shoreline, and you can hear the waves from the deck. The caravan itself is clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the welcome snacks, extra blankets, and beach gear. Sally was a fantastic host – responsive, friendly, and genuinely caring about making sure I had a great stay. The check-in process was smooth, and she provided clear directions and helpful local tips. Whether you're looking for a quiet weekend away or a base to explore the coast, I’d absolutely recommend Sally’s caravan. I’m already thinking about my next visit!

We had a really wonderful relaxing stay, because the accommodation is raised up, you feel like you are in the trees on the balcony area, we were greeted with ample birdsong. The place is spotlessly clean & fixtures and fittings are great quality, the kitchen had everything wee needed and more. The bed & bedding were super comfy and we had a lovely couple of days exploring the local coast line, relaxing outside and enjoying the games room below. Cannot rate this little gem highly enough, we didn't want to come home.

I loved Ben’s Cottage - it was cosy, clean and had everything I needed to hand. Charlotte was so helpful - with an extra torch, guidance for using the wood burner and checking in that all was ok when I arrived, as I was there by myself. She thoughtfully provided milk, cookies and wine. Yummy. Thank you for a super stay ❤️❤️

Terry was very helpful and friendly throughout , letting us know about early check in and late check out. The caravan itself was as described and the beautiful beach was a 5min walk away. We would not hesitate to stay again !

Enjoyed a lovely weekend at Susan’s 2 bedroom bungalow. Prefect for my 85 year old mother and only 10mins to Southwold activities and we also explored the interesting area of Covehithe. Loved the area and the bungalow was prefect with everything we needed for our stay.

We loved our stayed at Gary’s place. Spotless clean and spacious rooms with soft linen, clutter-free kitchen. Gary was a great host who made our stay was comfortable. The area is so peaceful and garden space is absolute hidden gem. We were provided with fresh bread, milk even butter & jam🥰 i can highly recommended Gary’s place.
