What to say about our experience in Amarante at Miguel and Fernanda's apartment.. It was one of our most memorable. Access to the apartment is via a steep slope but it's pretty easy if you're used to Europe's narrow streets. The views of the river and downtown are very nice. Between Miguel and Fernanda they can communicate in most any language of those staying there. The apartment is beautiful, clean and welcoming. It has everything you need and if it didn't Miguel would be right there to help. He even helped us with a solution after we had left something behind. Don't forget to visit Fernanda's candy store! We highly recommend a stay at this apartment.

Simply wonderful! The stay was perfect from start to finish. Everything was exactly as in the pictures, the tasteful decoration and the organization of the space exceeded expectations. The main highlight, without a doubt, was the jacuzzi: clean, working perfectly and ideal for relaxing at the end of the day. Every detail was designed to provide comfort, and provided insight into the care of Hosts with the guest experience. No unpleasant surprises, only good memories. I would definitely come back and recommend with my eyes closed!

We've been a group of six colleagues for a conference. The apartment is fully clean, in a very quiet and noise-free area, but very close to the sea and restaurants. Both the bedrooms and the bedrooms are very spacious. The kitchen has all the necessary tools to cook. The apartment is very spacious, with lots of light and very comfortable. We had an excellent stay. Paula was very kind.

We are absolutely impressed with the warmth and hospitality of Jorge and Susana! We stayed for 2 weeks and felt completely comfortable! It was spotlessly clean and cozy furnished and lovingly decorated. The bed was so comfy! Jorge and Susana were always available and even left us a few treats on arrival and during the stay. It was also great that we had a separate in the courtyard completely to ourselves. For our two dogs totally great, as they could lie in the sun all day when we were working without having to be afraid that they could run away. In 5 minutes you can walk directly to the huge sandy beach. It was fantastic and we also quickly took the neighbors to heart. Sincere thanks for the great time! We will be back!

Five stars to Casa de Cardido and to Rui and Alexandra for being wonderful hosts. We were a little late checking in, but Rui greeted us with a smile and a very generous tabua of local cheeses and meats. The hosts go above anything expected, with a sound system at the pool, exercise equipment, and fresh bread delivered daily. The house is a traditional Portuguese home - and it feels like a “home” not a rental. We spent two weeks here and it felt like staying with family. I noticed that one review commented on how close the highway is. Please know this is not a problem. You can see the highway when approaching the home from the road, but you cannot hear it and it does not interfere with the experience. This is very high quality stay with caring and involved hosts that will make sure you have all you need. I highly recommend.

Incredible location - such a special home, perfect for a peaceful getaway, and our dog loved it! The house is very large with everything you need for a few days. The views are just amazing, and everywhere we wanted to go (hiking trails, waterfalls, restaurants) was around 30-45 minutes drive away. The town itself is very quite, but it was exactly what we wanted. We found the bed wasn't the most comfortable, but after a long day of hiking, it was fine. Pasamos uns días fantásticos na casa de Rafa desfrutando do Entroido pola Baixa Limia. A casa é acolledora e con todo o necesario, incluíndo un lava-louza que nos foi moi útil. Coincidiron uns días bastante fríos pero a casa estaba quentiña co aire acondicionado. Tanto Rafa como a súa nai, quen nos recibiu, foron moi amables e estiveron pendentes de que tivésemos todo o necesario. Rafa ademais deunos indicacións moi útilies para comer pola zona e saber a onde ir para desfrutar do Entroido. Quedamos encantadas e se algún día volvemos pola zona repetiremos. Recomendo 100 %.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Arcos de Valdevez with my three dogs. The house is spacious, clean, and incredibly peaceful, with a cozy wood burner that made it even more inviting. Diogo, Andreia, and little Carminho were an absolute delight—so warm and welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet, with friendly neighbors passing by. I even had a few visits from the local dogs, though they were a bit shy and ran off when I tried to say hello! All in all, it was a fantastic stay, and I’m already looking forward to returning in May. See you then!

Great stay in a beautiful well-decorated house, everything was clean and well-equipped. A very quiet area and a 15-minute walk to the beach and metro! Great location if you want to spend a few days by the ocean.

Excellent space for a family to enjoy a wonderful rest. Clear instructions at the address, photos and amenities. Although it was only one night, it was still possible to enjoy the wonderful pool. Thank you for having us, hoping to return soon and for longer! More than recommended!

We were welcomed very well upon arrival, the accommodation is well arranged and everything you need is on site in the kitchen and in the bathroom. The apartment is less than 10 minutes walk from the ocean as well as a quarter of an hour from shops. We had a lovely stay in Esposende.

The apartment was great, very clean and with everything you need. The location is very good, the pool is great and it's very convenient to have the sea so close. The residential complex is quiet and very family-friendly, ideal for children. We were delighted. Inma, thank you for everything and for your kindness.

Everything was perfect! The space is amazing and was ideal for the weekend. The dog Maia is loving and only came to improve the weekend :)

Communication with Nuno was excellent. Always attentive to us and our arrival. The accommodation is conveniently located. The cleanliness was excellent. The furniture is old but everything is very well maintained. We felt at home. We went with our dog and he was delighted on the terrace when the weather allowed it, since it rained a lot. We were delighted!!!
