Monthly Rentals in Courgeoût

We spent 3 days in this lovely house. Good communication with Natalia ahead of our arrival, who was welcoming and accommodating about schedules. The accommodation is very well located in the heart of Mortagne au Perche, shops are a few meters walk away, which is very convenient and it is also easy to park 2 steps away. Nice places nearby including the bar/wine cellar “le Silo”. The house is very well equipped in terms of kitchen, and with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 wc is perfect! The staircase to the second bedroom can be a little steep for some but secure. The apartment is central but very quiet, it was a very nice stay!

Catherine allowed us to arrive a few hours before the scheduled time, at no extra cost, which allowed us to optimally manage the event we had during the day. Catherine is very responsive and friendly when exchanging messages. Easy access to the accommodation in a very quiet environment.

Peaceful place and idyllic setting. Extremely matches the photos. No neighbors nearby and absolute quiet. We went there with our 3-year-old: a real paradise for her and a timeless moment for us as a family… we'll be back with pleasure.

This stay allowed us to have 2 beautiful encounters: the little house and its very friendly owners. They renovated the little house with a lot of love and you can feel it as soon as you open the door. The little house is even prettier in real life. It was also impeccable. A big thank you to Christelle and her husband for their warm welcome, small touches and availability.
