What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

Tatiana is an amazing host, her place is located mins away from public transportation and there’s a bus stop in front of the house the runs every 5 min all they way til 2 am as what we saw, I enjoyed my stay and would love to book in the future when I return to Paris thank you so much

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Gemütliches Studio in ruhiger Umgebung für ein paar Tage Paris - angenehm kühl an heißen Tagen. Die Gartenterrasse ist auch angenehm, um etwas Sonne zu genießen oder draußen zu essen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar zwei Stück selbstgebackenen, superleckereren Kuchen geschenkt bekommen. Empfehlenswert für den Preis.

We zaten een beetje te twijfelen tussen deze woning en meerdere hotelkamers, maar toch deze gekozen vanwege de fijne gemeenschappelijke ruimtes, de voorzieningen in het huis en de sfeer. En totaal geen spijt van gehad! Prijs is ietwat aan de hoge kant, maar het is een groot en goed uitgerust huis en een locatie vanwaar je snel naar het centrum kan komen met openbaar vervoer. Je hebt verder ook meerdere winkels in de buurt en je kan de auto makkelijk kwijt, ook op de eigen parkeerplek. Het huis is ontzettend leuk en sfeervol van binnen, en ook van de tuin hebben we heerlijk genoten. We voelden ons met ons gezelschap van 12 personen snel thuis. Aanrader! Merci Marine!

Such an amazing stay! It had such a beautiful aspect overlooking the garden with so much natural light through the apartment and was just the perfect size. Anouk & Anton were both very helpful and kind. The price was also great and it’s right near the train station, so super easy to get into the heart of Paris. Would definitely stay here again

Location parfaite même si le stationnement est compliqué mais cela ne retire en rien le calme, la sérénité du lieu. Hôte réactif aux différentes sollicitations. La maison est idéalement situé et très bien équipée

De plus, l'appartement était impeccable et bien entretenu, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir comme chez nous immédiatement. Une communication extrêmement fluide avec Delphine, un logement au calme, très fidèle à l’annonce, et très proche des commerces. Le stationnement est sans difficulté majeure. Au top 👌 je recommande.

Un excellent séjour ! Amina a été extrêmement accueillante et réactive , très disponible et, prévenante, toujours à l'écoute pour satisfaire nos besoins.... Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions à notre arrivée, comme les bouteilles d’eau et le café mis à disposition. Le logement était impeccable, très propre et parfaitement conforme aux photos. Il est aussi très bien équipé, on ne manquait de rien. Il est vraiment bien décoré, agencé avec beaucoup de sobriété, d'élégance. L'appartement a également une belle vue sur le jardin qui est vraiment très reposant et relaxant, avec belle terrasse et fauteuils confortables. L’emplacement est idéal : situé dans le quartier du Faubourg de l’Arche, à deux pas de La Défense, tout est facilement accessible à pied. Je recommande vivement ce logement et n’hésiterai pas à revenir ! Dommage qu'on ne puisse mettre bien plus que 5 étoiles. Jusqu'à présent, Amina a été la meilleure des hôtes que j'ai connue !

une pépite ! des hôtes accueillants, réactifs et disponibles, très prévenants (adorables petites attentions à notre égard), un cocon douillet doté de tout le confort, propre, indépendant dans un cadre très agréable, facilement accessible, à proximité de nombreux transports en commun et de nombreux commerces. Juste un bonheur ! Merci infiniment pour ce séjour, nous ne manquerons pas de revenir ! 😊

Le mobilier et fournitures sont excellents !!!! Le design, la propreté, la résidence, le lieu … tout était parfait et propice à un séjour délicieux . J’ai adoré loger chez Mariem ! The apartment just feels like our second home. It was such a good choice to stay. Even better that the apartment is away of city center, only 20 min by train and you are filling in a peaceful spot. Only one aware that trains stop to go around a midnight, so if you will return later you should pick up a taxi Many many thanks Nathalie! It was a wonderful experience

Très belle appartement avec une magnifique vue sur tout Paris. La vue est à couper le souffle. L appartement est grand et très moderne. Très agréable séjour.

Very nice, responsive and proactive. Place was clean, comfortable and in nice neighborhood. Amenities (water, electricity, TV, etc.) all worked well and consistently.

Heel fijn verblijf gehad bij Vincent! Het contact verliep erg prettig. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en ligt in een rustig gebied met supermarkt om de hoek. Je loopt binnen een kwartier de Seine over en komt dan in een leuke wijk met een groot park. Wij vonden Uber goed te betalen en bereikten zo binnen no time het centrum van Parijs. De ondergrondse parkeerplek is een bonus!

I enjoyed my stay very nice place

Logement à 10 minutes des transports en commun (très pratique), endroit très calme. Logement conforme aux photos avec possibilité de cuisiner et manger sur la petite terrasse ou la table haute. Nous étions 4 pour un weekend. Le canapé-lit est très confortable. Lors de notre arrivée, il y avait un petit soucis avec l'ouverture de la porte de garage mais les hôtes ont été très pro-actifs et se sont rapidement rendus sur place pour trouver une solution.
