The lake is located in Emmerich-Elten, directly on the Dutch border and is easily accessible via the A3. Two wooden cottages invite you to relax from everyday stress. Equipped with a fitted kitchen, living room with upholstered furniture and satellite TV, several sleeping options, shower/toilet, terrace overlooking the lake, barbecue and jetty, you can relax and swim wonderfully. The cottages can be rented individually or together. Use of the sauna garden can be booked on site.

The half of the house comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 large room with kitchen, dining and living area with wood-burning stove on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with sauna and lounging area on the upper floor. The outdoor area offers a covered terrace and a garden that is right on the water (without a border). The house was newly built and completed in 2020.
