We had an incredible stay at this house. It was beautiful quiet and peaceful, the pool was perfect and the house was lovely. Mark was very responsive and provided us with lots of information about the local area. Would highly recommend!

Linda and Alex's villa is in a beautiful & peaceful location, it has a fantastic swimming pool and beautiful gardens with lots of things to do – table tennis, swimming, boules, & relaxing 😌 The area is wonderful with lots of River swimming and beautiful towns all within a 10/15 minute drive We will definitely be returning

Andy and Jacqui have a wonderful place. It is very private, clean and has a well equipped kitchen. The whole house is decorated very nicely with a lot of attention for detail. Everything felt very luxurious, I felt like a princess. Andy and Jacqui were very kind and helpful. We didn’t have that great weather but we would love to come back another time.

A big thank you to Sylvette for hosting us and for her discretion. A peaceful place to gather in peace and quiet and enjoy the cottage and private pool! The location is perfect between Perigueux and Bergerac! Thanks again to Sylvette and I would fully recommend the cottage.

Beautiful holiday home, fully kitted out with everything you might need. It was also pristine in terms of cleanliness. Sam (the host) was extremely helpful when we arrived (and flexible as we were running late) and was on hand with any questions throughout our stay. The house was extremely comfortable and finished to a v high spec (blackout blinds, aircon etc). Lots of toys / games to entertain the children (and us!). Travel cot and change mat was provided for free for our 10m old, the electric pool cover felt v safe with the children as well (and looked nice for a pool cover!). The vegetable garden was a nice touch (we were lucky with tomatoes, courgettes and peaches from the garden). 4 nights was not enough, we could have stayed a lot longer. In terms of local visits, we managed to see the Marqueyssac gardens, Castelnaud and Sarlat but there was plenty more close by, the house was really well located. Thanks for a brilliant stay - we will be back!

A very pleasant contact and welcome with Elisabeth and her husband. The house is as described, well equipped, pleasant and in a rather peaceful area, a beautiful terrace to enjoy the outdoors and a beautiful pool. I want to clarify that the pool is not heated and can be rather cold, since this was our case during our stay in early September 2024, the weather did not help to heat it. This is not necessarily a problem in itself during the summer but outside of hot periods, you have to be aware of it.

Also, although we were not able to meet Dominique,we spoke by phone and message ,she was always very responsive,gave good advice and available when needed! In addition, the accommodation is set back from an axis,quiet and quiet guaranteed ,not to mention the pool +++

We were happy to stay at Marylene's place. Very welcoming host, pleasant accommodation, nothing missing.

Very good stay, Aurore and Stéphane are very kind, smiling, responsive, and both give ideas for visits. We saw a little more often Stéphane who was very good tips on outings (like the best place for the bike☺️), and we were able to enjoy a walk (a little muddy but excellent) in the forest with the new mountain bikes (extra price of course). The sheep are right next door, excellent for children (they were even able to change them from "garden"), slide, swing, petanque court, ping-pong table... In short, everything is there for the days when we don't want to go out for a walk.

The cottage is as described: charming, clean, peaceful and very well-equipped. The host is very warm and responsive. This was a good base for exploring the surrounding area.

If you are looking for a nice cottage in a quiet place in the countryside, you are in the right place. We really enjoyed it and are thinking about going back. In addition, Pierre-Louis's mom welcomed us very warmly. We can only highly recommend it.

Bernard and a great host. very welcoming, very clear about the rules and its vegetable garden is magnificent. it's nice to arrive at someone who keeps the original spirit of air BnB. the cottage is as described very accessible by car and within reach of many shops.

Nothing to report. The accommodation is large and quiet. You can find everything you need to live and have a quiet stay. I just regret the overcast weather that didn't allow us to enjoy the pool (unfortunately not heated)

Excellent stay at Colette's. She is a welcoming and very attentive hostess. Ideally located to visit the Dordogne and Vézère valleys. Country cottage, well exposed.

We stayed at this property as a group of 13, and it was absolutely perfect for us. The house was incredibly spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The layout made it easy to gather together as a group, whether we were enjoying meals in the large kitchen, hanging out in the cozy living area, or spending time outside on the beautiful property. The amenities were fantastic – from the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable bedrooms, everything was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The outdoor space was a highlight, with a great patio and stunning views, making it perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The host was also very responsive and helpful, making check-in and our entire stay smooth and easy. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our week, and we would definitely recommend this property to other large groups looking for a peaceful, enjoyable getaway!

Thanks Cathering for a warm welcome and making us feel at home in your interesting and individual house. It was just as we expected, homely and with plenty of space. The pool was an added bonus and the garden is lovely with mature plants and trees. The house is comfortable and well equipped and would be suitable for families (it’s possible to isloate the pool by closing interior doors). An ideal location for exploring Bergerac and surrounding area. Walking distance to town and if you have a car there is parking and easy access to all roads. Catherine was an ideal host, always attentive and available. We would definitely return if we were visiting the area again.

It's been a long time since I've been here and it's always a pleasure to come to Sandrine's.

Location was perfect for us attending a wedding at the nearby chateau.

Sonate Room Bedroom and bathroom are very comfortable and clean.,The bedding is cozy Quiet place; 5 minutes' walk from the train station . You can go to the center , to the cinema , to do your shopping and to the tourist places of Bergerac on foot . Claire has prepared a car-free program of activities to visit the region . Guests can play on a great restored Pleyel half-tail piano. And in addition there is a kettle with coffee tea, herbal teas in the room I am very happy with my choice and recommend this place

Great house and large beautiful garden in a quiet country / private location but close to lots of attractions / activities in the Dordogne.

excellent stay in a beautiful environment suitable for children (even small). Many visits to do nearby which allowed us to enjoy the holidays despite the rainy weather. The exteriors are very nice, with the first rays of sunshine, we could eat outside!
