Cook breakfast in a glossy, minimalist kitchen before taking a short stroll to the beach. Relax and unwind in the evenings in this comfy abode, enjoying a glass of bubbles whilst watching the sun set. Brand New!!! Come and enjoy the privacy and seclusion of our apartment. The apartment has been custom built on our property and is the one and only apartment. We are located in the golden triangle of Alexandra Headland up on the hill and the apartment has been built to ensure capturing of the ocean breezes and views. Close to Alexandra Headland, Mooloolaba, Cotton Tree and Maroochydore. There are numerous coffee shops, cafes, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance or a short drive. It is a great central place to begin to explore the Sunshine Coast. We do not provide breakfast however there is tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster, a sandwich press, a microwave and fridge so you can make your own easy meals. NOTE: there is no cooktop available. The apartment is all yours! There is an outdoor shower available downstairs so that you can rinse off after the beach. There is lots of street parking available, usually just across the road. As the apartment is located at the back of our property it is extremely private, however we are here if you need assistance or local advice. The home is set in Alexandra Headland in the middle of the Sunshine Coast and a short walk from wonderful beaches, surf clubs and sunny cafes. Within walking distance to Mooloolaba, Maroochydore and Cotton Tree where you can enjoy more beaches, restaurants and charming shops. Getting around by car is easy. There are buses nearby which run regularly and will transport you anywhere on the coast from Caloundra to Noosa. There is a shuttle service from the local Sunshine Coast Airport (20 mins) and also from the Brisbane International airport (approx 1 hr). Taxis (Suncoast Cabs) and Uber are also available.

Beach And River Fun At Cotton Tree

This is our holiday home which we get to use 2-3 times a year. We have been visiting Cotton Tree for 35 years and we believe it is one of the best kept secrets on the coast. Located between Mooloolaba and Maroochydore, Cotton Tree has a "sleepy hollow" feel to it. We are close to the beach, Maroochy river, shops and cafes and wonderful restaurants. If you need to unwind, our lovely, older style, clean renovated apartment will have you relaxed in no time. Our sunny patio, is great for breakfast.

Our cute ground floor unit is all you need for a simple relaxed "beach village" holiday! The location is fabulous and walking distance to so many great places. Just 100 metres to the Surf Beach, and to the 'calm side' Maroochy River. 50 metres to King Street, which has a Foodworks, butcher, newsagent, bakery, chemist, post office, bottle shop, dress shops, gift shop, cafes & take-aways. Maroochydore Surf Club & Bowls Club are a 250m flat walk. 1km to the exciting Ocean Street precinct!

A great spot to stay if you want to be in the centre of things. Central to supermarkets and restaurants. We just wanted to stop and chill. It rained most of the time so stop we did. The most comfortable beds and pillows. Just the best. Sleep at the front if you want white noise or in the rear if you like more quiet. Really appreciated all the little things in the cupboards and cleaning items. Shower great. Fabulous fridge with never ending ice. Pool lovely on the one day we could visit it. Michelle’s communications were great and very responsive.

We had the best time at Tracy’s place! The location and access to the water and resort facilities is fantastic. Such a gorgeous view - we were lucky to see kangaroos on the lake right outside every afternoon! One of the best I have stayed at. Tracy’s communication is great and incredibly responsive and the apartment was very clean. Super easy check in process. I would love to stay again and definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our 6 nights at Anne & David's place. The house is beautiful, clean, homey and relaxing straight away. The kitchen is well stocked with any utensils or gear you might need to cook up a storm. Lots of local food options also available, and we got some delivered a few times. Plenty of space for 2 small families or 1 large. It was great to walk out the back gate onto the pathway and onto the beach. A lovely beach to walk along with our kids and 2 little dogs, or to soak up the sun and views and build sandcastles. Afternoon shade is provided in some places by the dune trees. Anne was an excellent host with great communication and a genuine desire to create the best holiday space possible. The beach cart, beach toys and boogy boards were greatly appreciated and used by the kids. The outdoor and BBQ area next to the pool was very relaxing, quiet and beautiful with the garden plants and array of seating. Thanks Anne & David.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. This apartment is in an amazing location with a fabulous pool, great for swimming laps and for kids. It’s a quick walk to the beach. I stayed for 2 months while visiting family nearby. Hank and Hailz are fabulous hosts, a real pleasure to deal with. I will stay here again.
