Vacation rentals with beach access in Cotton Tree, Maroochydore

Great location! it is directly adjacent to a fairly noisy bar, but given the central location, the noise was expected. The place was tidy, well appointed and very easy to access. Hayley was helpful with questions when needed.

The unit is really nice and well located and one of the cheapest in the area, we all enjoyed our stay there

It’s my second time staying at Julie’s and I loved it as much as my first stay. Right across from the beach, it’s very walkable to entertainment areas. It also has a nice cafe at street level. The apartment is just the right size for singles and couples. It had everything I needed for a relaxing break. Would definitely come back again in the future.

Had a great stay at Daniel’s for the Mooloolaba triathlon 2025. Excellent location to watch and participate in the event from, and great view otherwise. The space was tidy and comfortable, and a good size for a couple for a short stay. Daniel was very responsive and accommodative, especially after we had to defer our travel plans for 3 weeks due to a severe weather event.

Alex’s place was gorgeous and the perfect location for our little family with young kids! Alex was exceptionally helpful and responsive. A fabulous host. I would definitely recommend.

Awesome location and fantastic views, brilliant host. The only thing I’ve not noticed in the description is that there is no lift (I probably missed it, but it’s handy to know in case you traveling with elderly like I was).

We spent a wonderful week at Doug's apartment. It was very comfortable and clean and had a lovely outlook. The little extras that were left made our stay extra comfortable and were appreciated. Doug was great with communication, and we could not fault our stay in anyway. We hope to return in the future.

Extremely quick response for a late last minute check in. Extremely clean with everything needed available. Nice and close/ walking distance to everything.

The house was great, quiet location great for our girls weekend away. The house had everything we needed clean and tidy. Would recommend this for a weekend away to relax.

Wendy’s place was great, we truly enjoyed our stay. We are a family with three kids and it was amazingly accommodated for the kids with toys and bikes and so on. Had everything we needed in beautiful surroundings and house was so clean.

What a fantastic time we had in Peregian. Check in was easy with Ruby leaving clear instructions and the house was immaculately clean. It was close to all cafes, shops and restaurants and only a short walk to the ocean. We were very relaxed in the home from home feel and of course being able to hear the ocean from the balcony in the master suite. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were super comfy with the environment being so quiet at night. We would definitely recommend to all travellers and would love to come back. Ruby was great and checked in that all was ok. 10/10

Our family stay at this stunning beachfront home was nothing short of magical! A private, enchanting boardwalk leads directly to a breathtaking stretch of ocean, where the beach is peaceful and uncrowded. There’s no need for a car; everything is just a short stroll away, including a fantastic café and restaurant. Waking up to the sound of waves, feeling the sea breeze, and enjoying the coastal charm was an absolute dream. Whether it was relaxing on the deck, exploring the beach, or just soaking in the surroundings, every moment felt special. The hosts were wonderful, ensuring everything was perfect for our stay. If you’re looking to escape the city and immerse yourself in seaside tranquility, this is the perfect spot. We can’t wait to return!

We had a lovely stay at this charming 70s-style beach house. The nearby beach, while beautiful, seemed a bit dangerous for swimming, but we enjoyed swimming safely between the flags at Caloundra Beach, which is only a short distance away. There, you'll find great cafes, restaurants, and playgrounds. The house itself was comfortable, although it got a bit warm without air conditioning, but there were fans available to keep things cool. One thing to note is that the decking around the house could be dangerous for small children, so extra caution is needed. David was an excellent and responsive host, making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing beach getaway!

such a great location, the house suited our needs beautifully. Great communication with our host Suzi. the welcome Tim Tam's were a huge hit with my crew. pet friendly with a great back yard and fully fenced front yard. Laycee our dog (human) loved chasing her toy around the yards. We had access to everything we needed, right down to stubby coolers for the boys beers. Thank you Suzi, we loved our stay.

We stayed at Soul Beach House during cyclone Alfred, while the Sunshine Coast wasn’t affected too much by the cyclone. This trip had been planned for 6months months and 5 Mum’s weren’t missing the chance to escape our children for 4nights. Tamara and the Team, went above and beyond with touching base and making sure everything was ok and we were able to all fly out safely and ensuring our safety while staying in the accommodation. We all would definitely head back to Alexandra Headland, as it was very close to everything you needed and days trips. The house is perfect location for walks along the foreshore and cafes and restaurants and if you are looking for slower pace of life for few days. The house it is self is beautifully designed and having everything you needed to feel right at home.

We enjoyed our stay, very comfortable bed and lounge area, and the (brand new) outdoor setting ❤️ easy check-in and out process and loved having a carpark which was also easy to access.

The apartment is exactly as portrayed in the photos. Very well positioned and a short walk to both the beach and local shops. The apartment is very generously kitted out with a fully stocked kitchen for longer stays. Will definitely be staying again.

We had a fantastic stay at Matt’s place over Easter. The property was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Matt was friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience easy. The location was amazing and made our trip even better. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Such a beautiful spot, the apartment had everything we needed and was so spacious, the balcony had the most beautiful view and the bbq was a bonus! Very clean and tidy on arrival and grateful for the fans and aircon. Awesome location too, so close to the beach.

Straight across from the park which leads to the beach, directly above a great cafe with awesome coffee and the home itself was perfect for our family of 4.
