The apartment is quality fittings, modern design. Comfortable lounge, dining and outdoor balcony. The location is great and give it time will be a local favourite with fine dining and value for money eating out options. Recommend Giddy Geisha food was delicious. The only issue we had was on arrival. Google took us to the correct location but the building displayed 12 not 20 as mentioned in the check in information. Then there was 2 entries to the garage which meant we toured the entire carpark searching for ours. Apart from that, I'd highly recommend the accommodation

I had a wonderful stay at Iain's place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and in a great location. The bed was super comfortable, and the amenities made it feel like home. Communication with Iain was seamless; they were responsive and provided great local recommendations. The check-in process was also smooth and hassle-free. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the complimentary snacks and staple food that were left in the cupboard. Would absolutely stay again if I'm ever back in the area. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay - the location is especially great for kids being across the road from paths, a large playground and the water. Lots of restaurant and cafe options nearby, and walkable to the beach. The apartment is essentially two master suites. Both bedrooms are a similar size, with walk-through wardrobes. One has an ensuite and one has direct access to the main bathroom. We really enjoyed the large balcony and the view is better than the listing shows. We did find it a little inconvenient that the onsite parking is not assigned and was full for the duration of our stay, and the air conditioner is on a timer. We had a great stay at Jane and Ian’s place. A big space for our family, with the beach and river both close by. We really enjoyed our stay!

Caz's unit is exactly as described. Great location to the surf club and the beach and the rooftop was such an added bonus! The unit is spacious and has plenty of added touches to make your stay easy (eg: beach towels, washing detergent, etc). Caz even gave me a local restaurant recommendation for my daughter's birthday - it was amazing! She even left us a happy birthday banner to decorate the unit. A great stay and Caz was very responsive to my messages. Thank you for having us!

I just wanted to mention that the view was spectacular. We took our binoculars and were able to look up and down the river, as well as out to the ocean and the Glasshouse mountains. It’s an easy walk to the restaurants, shops, and the beautiful Cotton Tree. The unit was clean and tidy, and I would definitely recommend this destination.

Amazing place to stay! The apartment was super clean & tidy. Loved the furniture/decor 😍 Thoroughly enjoyed our time here & would recommend to everyone!! The only slight problem we had was when we were trying to access the letterbox/lock box. Instructions said pull but it’s more of a “flick out” but Rita was very responsive when we message for help! Overall loved this place & we will be back! ☺️

Kimberley is an exceptional host - she personalises her communication with you, is extremely responsive and has thought of all the details you need to enjoy a home away from home. We needed to find accommodation for two families at the last minute due to an event reschedule following Tropical Cyclone Alfred and Kimberley was so understanding and accommodating. Cannot recommend her enough as a host!

We reached out to book Melanie’s apartment for a family weekend away. From the moment we booked the communication and responsiveness was incredible. The accommodation was immaculate and as described. Location was brilliant, walking distance to restaurants, and the facilities at the accommodation were impressive. Everyone that stayed could not fault it. Would highly recommend to anyone. What a fabulous place that is so beautifully styled with lovely comfortable beds and linen. All the amenities were top notch and spotlessly clean. Great location with the beach right across the road. Natasha was a wonderful host who went out of her way to make us feel at home with lots of added extras like flexible check in and out times etc and excellent communication. Was so lovely we didn’t want to leave and definitely plan to come back in the future. We just loved it.

We were blown away, it was spotlessly clean and looked brand new and very stylish. The kitchen was well equipped, had everything you could possibly need, even though we ate out everyday for dinner. It had all the amenities of a five star hotel. Marion was easy to contact and responsive to any queries. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a flash place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay, the location is perfect for a family lots of parks to within walking distance and the beach is across the road. Supermarket and all essentials within walking distance. Megan was great with communication!

We loved our stay at Tanya’s. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the canal was beautiful. The Airbnb was spotless with comfortable furniture. The kids loved the games cupboard. Close driving distance to Alexandra headland and Mooloolaba. We had a great day and couldn’t fault our stay.

Lexi’s is a great apartment in a beautiful resort, so close to everything we hardly used the car. Really relaxing and a place for a proper holiday. The apartment is spacious and well designed with a fabulous master suite, seperate from other bedrooms. The used the gym, sauna, spa and heated pool regularly as well as swimming in the surf beach. Surf club and patrolled beaches are really close also, and a great spot for morning coffee. Lovely group of shops and cafes right in front of resort, and we loved Alexandra Headland. Overall place has a great vibe. Stayed two weeks and had family join us for a week with two small children, the pool was a big hit. Looking forward to coming back !

Amazing stay with small kids - the apartment comes with everything you need from someone who knows toddlers. From baby wash and bath toys, kids toilet seat, plastic cutlery and plates, toys, puzzles and colouring books, spare sheets for the portacot, beach trolley and sand toys. The kids loved the waterpark, the jumping pillow and feeding their leftover chips to the eel in the restaurant fishpond. The washing machine and dryer were great, the dishwasher and kitchen facilities were perfect, the couch is comfy, the main bed is a king, and being on the top floor at the end limited the noise from other apartments. Having two bathrooms was a luxury. We loved the resort facilities and the short stroll to the beach. Highly recommended!

A great location and our kids loved the pool and waterslide. The surf club across the road was perfect for an easy and delicious dinner or coffee/smoothie and the beach was beach was beautiful. A great stay!

Robbie was great to deal with from the start. The room was really good for us and the resort facilities beautifully maintained. The pools were lovely to swim in and bbq area clean. Off street parking is always a bonus. Opposite the beach was a great location but Sunshine coast is a little busy for us. Would we stay again. Yes could as it’s close to family.

John has been the most wonderful and responsive host. John’s unit is as described and photographed - exceptionally clean, beautifully renovated, top quality appliances, great beds and linen, huge array of kitchen and cookware etc. Everything has been thought of to make the perfect stay! The beach is through the nearby gorgeous sandy track, swim flags nearby, and the building facilities are great. We already love this part of the coast - walks up Mt Coolum and enjoying long lunches at The Boat Shed. We highly recommend John as a 5 star and exceptional host - he has been amazingly responsive when needed - we look forward to future stays at his beautiful home. 😊⭐️🏖️☀️

The penthouse was absolutely breathtaking! We held a VIP business mastermind there and everyone felt at home and were so impressed with the home and loved how close it was to everything! Going to book again but with my wife and kids only this time 🙏

Our stay at Karma Suits in Montville was pure romance from start to finish. Nestled in the lush hinterland, the suite felt like our own private sanctuary! Peaceful, intimate, and beautifully designed with comfort and connection in mind. The cozy fireplace added such a warm, romantic touch to our evenings. The suite itself was immaculate and thoughtfully styled, with soft lighting, a luxurious bed, and a beautiful bathroom that made it feel more like a boutique retreat than a typical Airbnb. The private balcony offered breathtaking views and was the perfect place to start the day with coffee. The location is idea and right in the heart of Montville village, where we explored charming cafes, artisan shops, and beautiful walking trails. Our hosts were lovely and available if needed. Every little detail felt intentional, making our stay feel truly special. If you’re looking for a romantic getaway that blends luxury with nature, Karma Suits is absolutely perfect!
