Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Cotswolds

Had a wonderful stay, the barn is amazing and was the perfect backdrop for our week away! Amazingly clean and comfortable and the beds were super comfy. Sonia and Adam were warm, friendly and welcoming 😊

Four of us (two couples) spent 3 nights at Little Coxwell which was a lovely home base for exploring the Cotswolds. The house is charming and comfortable, and it had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Nicola is a great host…she had excellent communication before and during our stay and graciously accommodated an early check in. Although the home is off the beaten path, Nicola provided very detailed instructions that worked perfectly for making our way there. We also had an exceptional dinner at the Eagle Tavern, a short and pleasant walk from Little Coxwell. Definitely recommend!

Our lovely host Amelia and her Beautiful chocolate box cottage we loved it wonderful walks a fantastic pub within a stones throw for our pre dinner, post dog walk, drinks and then back to the cottage to rustle up dinner. Lots of places to get fabulous meat and veggies and Everything was very close. Our highlights were the farmers dog Jeremy clarkson pub, Burford with a fabulous mini department store coffes shops butchers so cute,bourton on the water wow and we loved lechlaid fabolous dogs walks coffee shops and pubs on the riverside perfect.

We had a really lovely Easter weekend at Karin’s house in the Cotswolds with our friends. The area is truly beautiful – very quiet, with no one around, and the house has a big garden and parking right in front. It’s a great place for walks and enjoying nature. We were even able to have our Easter breakfast outside in the sunshine, which was really special. Karin was so kind to let us check out later, so we could enjoy a slow and relaxing morning in the garden. We really enjoyed it and would love to come back!

A stunning weekend at the coach house! Right from the minute we arrived, we felt right at home thanks to James’ warm welcome and the hosts couldn’t do enough for us. Beautiful annex with all the facilities and amenities you could possibly hope for. Best of both worlds for peace and tranquility to relax in (awesome hot tub), but also only 25 mins from Cheltenham. James and Sophie, thank so you so much - we will be back!

had a really nice, two night stay at the Engine house. it's very well equipped and peaceful, easy to locate off the main road. the surroundings are classic Cotswolds, we sat in the front garden and watched robins and bats as the sun went down. The Yew tree pub is just next door and the food and drinks was top notch. the walking around Bredon hill is varied and manageable. We recommend going over the other side to Elmely Castle.

We loved our stay at The Old Post Office. Elizabeth was a great host and made us feel welcome and right at home. The location in Broadway can’t be beat and we would recommend Elizabeth’s home to anyone wanting a great base to explore the Cotswolds.

This is such a beautiful and peaceful place! We only stayed here a couple of nights but wish we stayed more! So many lovely walks round for our dog with amazing views for us! The place felt very homely and was spotless, the hosts were lovely and friendly too. Would highly recommend!☺️

The apartment was even better in reality than in the photos - lovely decor and comfortable beds/sofas. As we had lovely weather for our weekend stay , we sat outside on the rooftop terrace relaxing at every opportunity, listening to birdsong and lake-watching the wildlife. We hadn’t appreciated the amount of activities on offer at Lower Mill Estate but used the outdoor heated pool, recliners and sauna before we checked in - it really started our weekend in relaxing mood. We went to Ballihoo restaurant during our visit and this was a great family restaurant, very casual with good food - a few minutes walk from the accommodation. We did some Cotswolds sightseeing on the Saturday and it was lovely to know our penthouse and sundeck was waiting when we returned in the afternoon. Jane recommended a local restaurant for the Saturday evening and we weren’t disappointed- the food was absolutely delicious and it made the weekend perfect. Jane & Nico - thank you for everything:-)

good to park my car off the main road and an enjoyable stay was had...

Peaceful location and clean, cosy accommodation. Ideal for our purpose which was researching properties in Chepstow. There is no kitchen so be prepared to travel to eat and the location is off the beaten track so use the what3words reference for accurate sat nav especially in the dark.

We had a lovely break away, the accommodation had everything we wanted and as described. It was easy and quick to walk into Bath centre while being in a very quiet street. Would recommend.

Beautiful stay, perfect hosts, very pretty and peaceful location. Couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant stay, really made to feel welcome and plenty or recommendations provided for our stay.

We love Somerset and Swallows Nest ideal location for Wells,Glastonbury and Cheddar. Great to sit outside on the balcony with a drink and watch the sunset. Sheep,fox and deer 🦌 Comfortable bed and lovely clean accommodation. Bathroom and kitchen very well equipped. Will definitely return Thank you Carol

Lovely place to stay as a couple who wants to disconnect and spend quality time together. Very peaceful surroundings. Host was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had! If you think it would suit you just go for it!

We had the most amazing time!! We absolutely loved staying in the shepherds hut and would recommend it to anyone who wants a little getaway ☺️ Richard (the hots) was very friendly and instantly made us feel welcome. He was amazing at giving us lots of suggestions for restaurants and days out!! The welcome hamper was a nice bonus too. We really enjoyed spending time in the hot tub especially at night under the stars. We can’t wait to come back again soon!!!

I had such a lovely few days away with my son. The cabin was absolutely lovely and in such a beautiful setting. We loved exploring the woodland and enjoyed using our paddle board on the lake. We loved being around the animals- we visited the pigs, horses, goats, sheep etc. several times a day! Had a lovely bbq, despite the weather! It was a great location to visit Warwick castle, as well as the surrounding villages. The owners couldn’t have been more friendly- we learnt so much about all the animals. The fresh eggs and treats were a lovely touch. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My boyfriend & I stayed here for three nights to celebrate his birthday. Perfect little escape - serene surroundings & amenities like the hot tub are naturally, very relaxing. The other five cabins are far enough away to give you privacy, without leaving you feeling completely alone. We used the Lansdown P&R (25min drive away) to take a day trip into Bath. The only thing guests should note there is no oven, so bear this in mind when planning self-catering. However, the hob & microwave should be adequate for most cooking needs. Could not fault this stay, Rachael was responsive & warm and provided everything we needed to enjoy our time there. Both the hot tub and cabin itself were spotlessly clean. The local swans were very interested in our morning fry-up, which provided some good entertainment! We left wishing we’d booked another night - would definitely stay again!

Beautiful cabin with incredible views. Footpath accessible from the back garden is perfect for a dog walk. Felt like we were out in the sticks but it was only a quick drive to many different towns and villages. Couldn’t ask for any better!

We had a wonderful time at the cabin this week. The location is stunning and the cabin itself was beautiful. It was the perfect restful week for our family and by far the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in. Katie had even included some lovely gestures when we arrived like a bottle of fizz, snacks and milk in the fridge. Those little things made it all even more lovely than it already was.

peaceful setting, fantastic views and clean/modern place. easy check-in, clear instructions for amenities and nice gesture leaving a bottle of prosecco for our wedding anniversary. Richard was proactive with messaging in advance.
