We had a really lovely stay and apart from an initial misunderstanding which was quickly and easily resolved, our stay was perfect. It was lovely to dump our cases so that we could enjoy Bath, it was great to have a slightly later check-out of 11 and it was lovely to dump our cases to enjoy lunch without trundling them around Bath. The house was perfect for our needs!

This house was amazing, perfect for our relaxing getaway! The rooms were ideal and the extra bedrooms in the annex were great. The garden and hot tub were fantastic. Trystan was a great host and nothing was too much trouble - even made sure we had an emergency delivery of wood!

We had a really great time. The house and grounds were lovely and big enough for 14 people and 3 dogs. The dinning room had a wonderfully big table so we could all sit and eat together. The hot tub and swimming pool were a big hit with everyone. Rob was very helpful and answered all questions quickly, would stay there again.

Joanne was very responsive and helpful with replies. The house was clean and spacious. Our families had an amazing Christmas week.

Staying at Amelias Townhouse was a brilliant experience, felt right at home and fully felt like a Bath/ Bridgerton dream. The house itself was absolutely stunning, the open plan kitchen/diner, spacious bedrooms and private garden was perfect for our stay. The property is a few minutes walk from the centre of Bath and all the key places to visit. There is a lovely park behind the house with great views of the city. Would highly recommend for group bookings, Amelia was responve and provided great local recommendations. Would 100% stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas. The house was beautifully decorated and very accommodating for our family of 10. Lesley was a very attentive host and we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Lesley and John.

I really can’t speak highly enough of this place and the people involved with it. It was an honour to meet the owner and hear of their 30 year transformation story turning it from a run down farm in 1987 to the estate it is today. They were extremely responsive and friendly. Everything was clear and easy for us from the directions to find the place to the milk, bread and butter provided and everything in between Helping with the little things during our stay was hugely appreciated. If there was a 6/5 star option I would click that.

Thanks to Nicola and Richard for a lovely stay. The house was clean, modern and well equipped and the view from the back terrace was glorious. Nicola sent clear instructions about how to find the property and was quick to respond to requests and queries. The house was a short walk to Combe Martin beach and amenities. My family and I very much enjoyed our stay.

The place was exactly as described, very clean and the instructions were clear. We had a slight problem with the code to open the door, but Jenny immediately responded to aid us. The location is beautiful up a narrow lane, away from traffic, so very peaceful and there was enough room for our four cars. We enjoyed the outside space on the sunnier days. The facilities were perfect, all worked well, the open fire was a bonus as the weather was a little bit mixed. Note no logs are provided...so stop at local Spar to get some on your way to the house. A fabulous, well-equipped house in a superb location. Very peaceful and beautiful countryside setting. Perfect for our family gathering. I would thoroughly recommend it and would love to stay here again.

Myself and my family stayed here for five days during the Easter holidays. The first thing that struck us when we arrived was the fantastic view from the living room over the bay. It was beautiful and very peaceful. The beds are very comfy and the rooms were a good size. The house is in an excellent location just a few minutes walk from the Cobb and we were very grateful for the 2 parking spaces that come with the property as parking in Lyme Regis can be very expensive. We ate out most nights and would recommend booking places in advance during school holidays as a few of the most popular places get booked up. We loved Swim Restaurant and Bar and loved the pizza from Poco down on the front. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return sometime.

A really lovely week, marred only by a couple of days' rain (which of course was nobody's fault!). Taryn was extremely efficient and responsive. Barbara was charming and helpful, and explained so much about the lambing process. The house was roomy - great for a family party of nine. My granddaughter loved visiting the lambs, and even holding a newly-born lamb in her arms. Wonderful rolling hill farmland to walk the dog. Visits to the sea, Exeter and Totnes were great too. Thank you, Barbara and Taryn.

Great stay in a beautifully restored old building with big comfy beds. 5 minutes walk from the beach and a pub serving delicious food (worth booking ahead). Very friendly volunteers at the nearby DD centre/war museum, well worth a visit to see the history of the Isle of Portland and fun for the children, they get to climb inside a tank!

We stayed at Danni's for a local wedding, it was perfect. Loads of space and well equipped, had everything we needed for a great weekend!

Fantastic location in the heart Lyme & is walkable to everything you need - beach, restaurants, shops & ice cream! Leesa provided loads of great information and recommendations begore we arrived which was really helpful. We used JustPark to book an extra parking space just round the corner - Lym Close - for £30 for 3 days, total bargain. Thete is a fantastic coffee place opposite which did one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. Fabulous stay.

Really enjoyed break. A car is needed to visit anywhere. Walking is good, but difficult for me with having two people with different disabilities. Did enjoy the pool and peaceful atmosphere. Lovely log fire. Thank-you

The accommodation was spotlessly clean beautifully decorated, with luxuriously comfortable beds to sleep in, large fluffy thick towels. Kitchen equipment had everything Rhian’s accommodation is pure luxury.

Beautiful property in a lovely scenic country setting, but being only a few minutes drive from the beach. Great indoor pool and a lovely garden. Property a lovely mix of old world country cottage, but with all the mod cons needed for everyday life. Everyone loved the holiday, from young to old and enjoyed watching tv together with a real fire on chilly evenings. Loved Uplyme and Lyme Regis.

We had the most amazing stay at Hill MIll. The house stands in the most beautiful grounds and is the most peaceful and calm setting we've ever stayed in. When we first arrived we just stood outside admiring the surroundings for almost 20 minutes before we even stepped inside. We had everything we needed and more. Our grandsons ages 2, 4, 5, 12, & 13 loved it. The natural swimming pond was so refreshing for a morning dip it certainly woke us all up!! You could walk directly from the house into Branscombe and on route stop for a drink at the Masons Arms (a beautiful pub) and then continue to join the coastal path to Beer. We would love to return and bring some other friends with us as we haven't stopped talking about it since we got back. Thank you Ian for being such a responsive and helpful host. We had an amazing stay at The Grange. The house, pool and surrounding areas were great and enjoyed by our entire family and the dogs. The children loved going to the chickens and checking for eggs every morning. We can’t wait to stay again soon.

8 of us (and a toddler) has a wonderful, comfortable stay. The facilities are amazing with loads of different fun, family friendly things to do.

Warm, spacious, welcoming house. Comfortable with beautiful views. The use of the swimming pool was an added bonus. If you're there in the winter, bring slippers as there are stone floors - but there is an Aga which makes the kitchen area very cosy.

This was a beautiful first class place to stay. I would have no hesitation in recommending it. Thank you Eleanor and Wayne
