Monthly Rentals in Côte Saint-Luc

Stayed here for 5 months along with some friends and had a really great stay! Was in a quiet and peaceful area of montreal and although you need to take a bus to the metro, it is a direct bus so all is good! Hosts are very friendly and helpful. They helped us when we needed and was always proactive about it. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Scott was very enthusiastic whenever we needed help and extremely friendly. During the 1 month stay at the apartment, our family had wonderful memories. Everything in the apartment was fully equipped and comfortable. I really liked this apartment and I think if I have the opportunity to come back next time, I will book and experience it again. We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore. Only 10min from the Jolicoeur metro! The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, making it easy to cook meals during our stay. It was also great to find that the place had all the baby amenities we needed (and more), which made traveling with our little one so much easier. We truly felt right at home. Highly recommend!

My father and I stayed at Jimmy’s place in Montreal for over four weeks and absolutely enjoyed our stay. We had a rental car, and accessing most of our destinations (airport, downtown, shopping centers, etc.) was easy. The unit is very well equipped and comfortable for long term stays, and we felt like home very quickly. Jimmy was a very responsive, friendly, and caring host. I recommend this place to others as well.
