Kolejny raz odwiedziłem to samo miejsce,byłem zadowolony jak za pierwszym razem. Gospodarz jasno wyjaśnia instrukcję obsługi domu jak i służy pomocą o każdej porze. . Mieszkanie wygląda tak jak na zdjęciu,czyste, świeże z pięknym widokiem. . Można poczuć w nim prywatność. . polecam na długie jak i na krótkie pobytu. .

Ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa. Caterina è sempre stata presente e ci ha dato indicazioni precise e con talmente tanta cura che pensiamo veramente sia uno dei migliori host incontrati fino a questo momento. La casa è deliziosa, arredata con gusto e con tutto ciò che occorre dal dormire al mangiare. Infine la doccia è veramente bella: ampia e comoda, ci si sente in un resort più che in una casa. I dintorni sono pieni di vita e si è appena fuori dalla folla che inizia a 5 minuti a piedi da casa. Per riposarsi è veramente ciò che ci vuole. Consigliato veramente tanto!

Such an incredible location! We had an amazing stay. Alessandra and Ludovico were brilliant hosts, so friendly and welcoming. They helped us organise e-bikes and gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations. We will be back!

Ivano è un host preciso ed onesto che ha molto a cuore la riuscita del soggiorno dei suoi ospiti. La sua casa è una dimora di lusso incastonata nella natura del territorio collinare degli appennini reggiani. Affacci sul verde, silenzio e pace, mentre si è completamente immersi nei suoni della natura. La zona si presta ad attività di animal watching, in particolare bird watching. Al mattino infatti ci si sveglia in una moltitudine di diversi cinguettii delle numerose specie di uccelli che popolano le colline circostanti. La casa, pulitissima e fornita di terrazza, balcone e finestre su tre lati è arredata in maniera finemente studiata. Si tratta di una dimora molto amata dove si sta in assoluto relax tra libri, strumenti musicali e quadri di assoluto livello. Ivano condivide la sua esperienza di vita con gli ospiti concedendo loro uno spazio autonomo a totale disposizione e completamente fornito di tutto il necessario per lunghi soggiorni di una famiglia o di un gruppo di amici. Bello.

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

We verbleven in een prachtig huis, voorzien van alle comfort. Alles was er zoals beschreven in de advertentie en Federica maakte de aankomst wel heel gezellig, een fles Lambrusco in de koeling doet wonderen. Muggengaas aan alle deuren en vensters vind ik ook het vernoemen waard . Het huis is in een schilderachtig decor gelegen het enige wat (altijd) onaangenaam is, is de weg. Het heeft ons niet gestoord want met de ramen dicht, aan de achterkant, hoor je er niets van en indien dit te warm is blijft er nog de airco die supergoed werkt (splinternieuw). De nabije dorpen, Maranello, Sassuolo en Formigine bieden je alles wat je nodig kunt hebben. 's Avonds in de tuin is het leuk toeven en als je wat geluk hebt zoals wij, krijg je daar het spektakel van de "Lucciole" gratis bij. Maar dat kun je niet bestellen!

Appartamento vicinissimo agli impianti di risalita del Cimoncino, belle passeggiate nei dintorni, zona tranquilla. Molto disponibile Pietro a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze, e Gianni che è il referente in loco, a risolvere subito anche piccoli contrattempi. Casa accogliente per una famiglia con due bambini e due cani.

We absolutely loved our stay – it was truly, truly beautiful! The view from the terrace is simply stunning and made every moment feel special. Just one small note: during the night it got quite hot, and it was a bit tricky to fully open the window for fresh air because the shutter hangs in front of it. Also, one of the fans wasn’t working or we couldn’t figure it out. But honestly, this is just a tiny comment and more about the exceptionally hot weather during our stay than anything else. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would come back anytime. Highly recommended!
