Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Casa Ester is a splendid retreat nestled in one of the most unspoiled and enchanting places in Sardinia, the Costa Verde. The most pleasant part of the house is the terrace overlooking the sea, which looks out over the sand dunes and the beautiful Torre dei Corsari beach, a 700-meter walk from the property. The house consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a sea view, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a sea view.

The house is a new structure, part of an independent villa that includes another apartment (the only direct neighbor), completely surrounded by a private garden. It is very bright, simply furnished and embellished with marine-themed decorations handcrafted by the owner.
