The main part of the house is outdoor where we have an open plan kitchen overlooking the front garden, the dining area and the large living room.

Giacomo was a fantastic host! He was very responsive and helpful for our check in/out. The house was relatively big with a nice garden/patio area and a barbecue as well. The main grocery store (Eurospin) is located only 5 minutes drive away which was very easy for us to buy groceries for us to cook. The main city area of Villasimius is also around 5-10 minutes drive away with nice restaurants and cafes. The area was very quiet and peaceful (almost complete silence at night!) and had a beautiful view too. There were also plenty of breathtaking natural beaches nearby, our favourite was Spiaggia di Mari Pintau (this one was slightly further out). We went during the off-peak season during early April so it was a lot less busy than it gets in the holiday season, but we’d definitely recommend staying in Villasimius for a few days to explore beaches, mountains, and enjoy a bit of peace and quiet. Overall, we highly recommend staying with Giacomo! 😊

Sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft, etwas weniger hell als auf den Fotos. Gute Lage, auch das Parkieren war kein Problem. Schlussendlich passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis doch nicht ganz, etwas zu teuer für das was es im Endeffekt ist. Matteo war freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants etc. gegeben.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche mit unseren drei (kleinen) Kindern in Claires Haus verbracht. Für uns als Familie war das Haus mit dem kleinen Pool absolut perfekt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts und sogar Olivenöl und Geschirrspültabs, sowie Seife und Geschirrtücher waren in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Handtücher sowie Badetücher und Strandtücher werden gestellt und man muss diese nicht unnötig von zu Hause mitschleppen. Der Pool hat den Kindern super gefallen und auch die Strände, die in unmittelbarer Nähe liegen (ob zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto gut erreichbar) waren absolut empfehlenswert. Francesco, der sich um alle Belange während unseres Aufenthaltes gekümmert hat, ist ein unglaublich sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Er war bei allen Problemen direkt zur Stelle und hat uns noch mit zusätzlichen Tipps versorgt, was wir mit den Kindern alles unternehmen könnten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem charmanten, liebevoll renovierten sardischen Haus. Das historische Flair und die authentischen Details haben uns sehr gut gefallen und machten den Aufenthalt zu einem besonderen Erlebnis. Wie bei traditionellen Häusern dieser Art üblich, sind sie nicht so lichtdurchflutet, wie moderne Häuser. Das trug in diesem Fall jedoch zu einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre bei. Einziges kleines Manko: Das WLAN war etwas langsam (Uplink ~1 Mbps), was für Videokonferenzen und Fotobackup in die Cloud eine kleine Herausforderung darstellte. Videostreaming funktionierte aber problemlos (Downlink ~10Mbps). Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen – perfekt für alle, die das ursprüngliche Sardinien erleben möchten!

A casa di Annalisa abbiamo passato giorni fantastici. Una casa in posizione splendida. Nella parte alta del paese, ad un passo dalla torre, a 200 metri dalla spiaggia di Sottotorre. In zona tranquillissima ma vicinissima alla piazza principale del paese ed a tutti i servizi. Casa ristrutturata, pulitissima, molto ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort. Silenziosissima anche grazie a veneziane ed infissi anti rumore. A disposizione anche attrezzatura per la spiaggia. Annalisa non lascia nulla al caso e gestisce con grande attenzione e cura. Ci ha accolte e ci fornito tutte le indicazione per le spiagge, le attività turistiche locali e del circondario, gli eventi, i servizi, i ristoranti e le attività commerciali. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare! Ci siamo sentire come a casa :-).
