Fabulous place for a family stay... Lovely big living room so never felt on top of each other.. Excellent location next to the beach and the choice of 3 pools 2 of which have Bars offering food.. unfortunately The main pool with the kiddy pool was closed for renovations but we could still use the sunbeds and the bar.. which is ok if like us you don't actually go in the pool!.. No noise from next door as I've seen mentioned in previous reviews!.. Lovely touch to arrive to a bottle of wine.. water & milk.. also tea bags and coffee so no need to rush and do a shop. I would definitely return and recommend to anyone.

Sonja's appartment met our requirments and was very well equiped and locacted. We had to contact Sonja during our stay and she was very quick to respond with positive solutions for our queries. We really enjoyed our 1st visit to this area Sonja had loads of recmondantions for great places to eat and visit. The pools and pool bar are a great facility in the complex with lovely staff and snacks.We would recomend a visit to Castcus surf & coffee overlooking the end of the beech for great coffee, food and service & ohhh the cheese cake 🥰🥰. Thanks to Susi we had a wonderful stay. She was attentive to us when we needed her. We didn't miss a thing. The apartment was very well located close to highways, transport, beaches and restaurants. I would highly recommend it!

Beautiful property. About a 15min walk into town or a taxi was very cheap. Complex was great with a beautiful pool and very peaceful.

We went to the accommodation with my son and we were very comfortable, the location is very practical since you are very close to most activities. They had many details such as leaving us beach rackets and a portable refrigerator that gave us a lot of service on beach days. And the place was very well taken care of.

It was a great time Lanzarote is beautiful we visited a lot so it is nice to come back to a cozy apartment and sit with a glass of wine on the terrace(Unless the wind blows from the ocean, then the couch in front of the TV stays in front of the TV🙂)The apartment is clean and well-maintained, the kitchen is well-equipped. The host is a very nice person who showed us around the apartment and gave us some tips. The pool available to the residents of Los Molinos is clean and very atmospheric but in October the water is very cold, however, it is a perfect place to lie on a sun lounger under the palm trees in peace and quiet. In general, we highly recommend staying at Giorgio's place you will be delighted by the living and, above all, the wonderful island that is Lanza.Giorgio thank you and greet us❤️👋

The apartment is really cozy, we felt right at home. Patricia is a very kind and attentive host. The apartment has a beautiful view of the sea and is very well-equipped! We had a great vacation The apartment is very well located in Lanzarote and the pool is lovely.

The apartment is small but nice. It is comfortably furnished and the kitchen is really well equipped, so you can easily cook. When we checked in, Romina set up German TV for us. The balcony is small and not suitable for outdoor dining. The apartment complex is very pretty and the walk to the beach and the nearest supermarket is not far. If you want to experience Spain or eat Spanish, however, you have to leave the place, the beach mile is completely British/Irish oriented. The small city beach is very suitable for digging and bathing with small children. Communication with Christian and Romina worked wonderfully and both responded immediately to a small problem. The only drawback is the location of the bedroom. The expressway is sometimes quite noisy and the garbage cans are right behind the house. All in all, we felt very comfortable and spent a few really nice days here!

The apartment is spacious, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It matched the photos and description exactly, and check-in/check-out was easy and smooth. It’s located in a quiet residential area, away from the tourist crowds, but still convenient—walking distance to a large mall and about 10 minutes to the beach. Parking was easy to find, usually in the same street or within a 3-minute walk. There is some noise from nearby businesses during the day, but closing the windows facing the street solves that. The bedrooms are very quiet and comfortable for sleeping. The apartment also has air conditioning and a superb fiber internet connection. There’s even a little desk, so it’s a good setup for remote work. The kitchen is well-equipped, and everything was clean and in good condition. The hosts were available and responsive, though we didn’t end up needing any help. Overall a great stay and excellent value. We would definitely come back and recommend it to others.

It’s truly a great apartment! we stayed there last year, loved it and came back. The terrace is just amazing. Sara and Gino are amazing hosts and super responsive. totally recommended and we would definitely go back again!

Marta’s apartment was incredible, in a quiet area just a 5 minute walk to beach, restaurants and shops. It was so peaceful for a well needed break. Apartment in a beautiful area, our first time staying in Matagorda and it wont be our last!! Marta was so helpful, recommending places to go and always responded quickly to any Q’s I had before arriving. Bed is extremely comfy 🫶🏼 apartment was spotless, pool area clean too and sunbed also comfy. We cant wait to come back ♥️♥️♥️

We had a great stay. The apartment is in a lovely complex that is well looked after. The maintenance team obviously take pride in their work. The pool area is just as shown in the photos and is quiet, relaxing and there were always plenty of sunbeds. It is close to shops, bars and restaurants and a five minute walk from Playa Bastion which is a relaxing beach. We hired a car and found parking very easy. The apartment is very private. The terrace is a sun trap and is a lovely place to sit out. There was plenty of equipment for cooking etc. There was always plenty of hot water. The bed was comfortable. We had a slight issue with the shower and Tony came round to fix it very quickly which was brilliant service. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would not hesitate recommending this property.

Everything was just perfect! We’ve spent an amazing time in this great apartment and common pool area, which is just perfect and always super clean. Just a five minute walk to the amazing beach of Famara. Highly recommended.

Carlos’s apartment in Costa Teguise is located really well and sits within a private complex that is beautifully maintained. There is an outdoor unheated pool which in our kids loved. The location is about a 5-10 minute walk from the beach and there are plentiful bars and restaurants close by to keep everyone happy. As others have said, the apartment probably needs refurbished in the long term but this didn’t dampen our stay. Beds were comfy and if you ever needed anything, Pili who manages the property for Carlos was available immediately via What’s-app Such a lovely little holiday home in the sun. Would recommend!

Have a great week in El Nawal. Probably one of the best places to live a Canarian experience on the island of Fuerteventura. The village of Los Lajares is a haven of peace away from the tourist clichés. Architecture of houses, authenticity of shops, bars and restaurants of very high quality. El Nawal house superbly equipped and tastefully decorated. Architecture reminded us of the artist César Manrique, a real joy. Finally, thank you so much to our host Patricia. His kindness, availability and constant concern for our well-being made our stay pure happiness. We strongly recommend 🥰

Lovely space that’s clean and carefully curated — also for those with curly hair there is a diffuser blow dryer!! Som basics in the kitchen such as oil, salt, vinegar, tea, coffee etc which is helpful if you’re planning on cooking a couple meals at home ☺️ would recommend

A really wonderful apartment with the most amazing views!!! We had a brilliant stay at Conchi’s place and we were really grateful for her guidebook which had some brilliant recommendations. We went to the fresh water pool on a windy day and it was brilliant (lots of nude people on the beach but not something we minded). The apartment was well equipped with everything you need for a good stay and the space was immaculately clean. Overall we were incredibly impressed by this beautiful apartment and the pool was amazing to cool down in in the heat of the day. It does get a little windy as you’re up high but again, this was fine for us. Thank you Conchi for having us! X

Lovely private apartment in a wider complex with everything you need. Quiet at the outskirts of town with views of the mountains as you step out the door. Easily walkable to the downtown area where there’s great food and lovely beaches. Good spot to drive out to other locations too.
