Lovely apartment, in a quiet area, although close to Supermarket, Restaurants and the beach. Carol & Tim have thought of everything you would need for your stay. I will definitely return to Carol's apartment. Carol is a great host and is available if you need anything. We were lucky and didn't need to bother Carol on our visit.

We rented this apartment for a week and didn’t regret it for a moment. The place is perfect for both short stays and longer visits. It has everything you might need, and the beds are comfortable. The view from the window includes volcanoes, a charming red house, and the ocean — you can not only see it but also hear it, which adds a special atmosphere. The apartment’s nautical style brought a touch of romance. We had a wonderful time on the island. Thank you for the warm welcome and hospitality! Everything was great!

Nad is the perfect host. Made everything so easy, she’s warm and welcoming. The apartment is in a great location, super close to everything. Honestly cannot express how great this place and Nad are. Would give more stars if I could

Renata and her husband are extremely kind. We had a great welcome. Renata's husband welcomed us to their home and allowed us to have a great time in their garden near their animals (our son was delighted) and we were treated to a papaya tasting from the garden. The home has a magnificent view. The place is peaceful and far enough away from all the tourist places. Even more beautiful than the pictures. We recommend eyes closed. Thank you

Valentino and Ervin were extremely personable and reacted very quickly and helpfully to any questions we posed. One of them was there to greet us and show us to the apartment on arrival.

From start to finish, Alejandra was SO helpful and responsive. The Apartment itself was so clean, spacious and had absolutely everything you could possibly need. The icing on the cake was the host allowing us to leave our luggage there till 4pm even though we checked out at 11, but weren't getting picked up until 4.30pm. That really saved us the hassle of trying to find a bag drop anywhere. We had a very enjoyable holiday and would definitely use this as our base again

As for the ad and after my arrival, I can say that it is exactly what is advertised. 10-star cleanliness, 11-star comforts, 12-star hostess, 13-star honor. Thank you very much Esther and congratulations

Marta’s apartment was incredible, in a quiet area just a 5 minute walk to beach, restaurants and shops. It was so peaceful for a well needed break. Apartment in a beautiful area, our first time staying in Matagorda and it wont be our last!! Marta was so helpful, recommending places to go and always responded quickly to any Q’s I had before arriving. Bed is extremely comfy 🫶🏼 apartment was spotless, pool area clean too and sunbed also comfy. We cant wait to come back ♥️♥️♥️

We cannot think of anything negative to say about the apartment and complex. The apartment was spotlessly clean, light, bright and decorated and furnished to a high standard. It is obvious that a lot of care, attention to detail and love has gone into making this a lovely place to stay. From washing up liquid to toilet rolls, everything that we needed was there, instead of having to go out and buy, which is usually the case in apartments that we have stayed in before. We loved the balcony with pool and sea view with the sun most of the day and was difficult to drag ourselves away from it. It was all very quiet and peaceful both within the apartment and the whole complex. Maria and Oscar were very responsive from the time that i first made the booking until the end of our holiday on the odd occasion that I needed to ask questions. They are very helpful, kind hosts. We would not hesitate to stay here again, should we return to Costa Teguise for a third time.

Clara was a fantastic host. Always very helpful in providing clear instructions and useful tips. The accommodation is well arranged within a residential complex, a quiet and peaceful area. The only slightly negative note is the constant presence of small ants everywhere, probably due to the greenery of the surroundings. And the bathroom sink that unfortunately did not work well. They are small things, all things that can be solved, the entire stay was pleasant.

Apartment had everything required & is literally 2 mins from beach & bars & restaurants, plenty of sunloungers around the pool & also 2 private loungers with the apartment 😊 👍

Sonja's appartment met our requirments and was very well equiped and locacted. We had to contact Sonja during our stay and she was very quick to respond with positive solutions for our queries. We really enjoyed our 1st visit to this area Sonja had loads of recmondantions for great places to eat and visit. The pools and pool bar are a great facility in the complex with lovely staff and snacks.We would recomend a visit to Castcus surf & coffee overlooking the end of the beech for great coffee, food and service & ohhh the cheese cake 🥰🥰. This Airbnb in Costa Teguise was exactly what we were looking for. The views from the balcony are incredible. It's easy to walk to sandy beaches, along the sea front path for long walks in either direction, and to all the restaurants, grocery stores, bars and shops. It's in a good location on Lanzarote because nothing is that far away by car. We went all over the island in a rental car, and parking at the Airbnb was never a problem. The kitchen is small but had all we needed to prepare a few meals at home. The Spar super mercado is a short walk to get all the supplies you could possibly need for cooking, with a fabulous wine selection, including local wines. There are some excellent restaurants nearby as well. We didn't meet Jose as he left clear check in and out instructions and we had no trouble with the place and didn't need any help. He was very communicative by text. I highly recommend this lovely condo - we were two couples and had plenty of room to share the space.

The host was friendly and communication was smooth throughout our stay. The place is beautiful, exactly like the pictures — clean, cozy, and well-maintained. It’s only a 3-minute walk to the beach, and parking was very easy.

First time visit to Costa Teguise and Lanzarote. perfect location, walkable into the main town. Apartment perfectly suited to 2 and exactly as described. Very comfortable bed and overall well equipped for a week or more. If you are considering it, go for it! Excellent value for money in a quiet, comfortable and well located apartment.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortably accommodated our family of 4 - with a great dining area too. Morning / lunch time sun can be enjoyed from loungers. Easy to wander to Teguise and via bicycles you can easily explore 40kms of coast. Ideal for runners too. We will probably return!

The house is perfect for a stay on the island of Lanzarote: very nice, perfect outdoor spaces to enjoy a good vacation; we recommend it - go for it without hesitation

Fantastic accommodation. Had all the amenities required. A bigger kettle would have been useful. Loved having a washing machine! Liked the upstairs/downstairs. Was peaceful and quiet. Easy walk to the bars/restaurants and shops. Only had to contact Inmaculada on arrival as wasn’t able to locate the gate to the accommodation. She was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely use again. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Had a great stay at Felicia's place. She was very helpful when I had a question. Great location as well. Step out the door and you'll find yourself in a peaceful street with some locals and vacationers. Around the corner, you'll find a nice coffee place and two supermarkets. Walk another 100m and you're at one of the lively main streets with restaurants, bars, etc. Alternatively, walk the other way and you're only two blocks away from the hiking trails of this beautiful island.

We had a wonderful stay in Costa Teguise. Alberto and Conchi were fantastic hosts – thoughtful and welcoming. Knowing we were arriving late with our 2-year-old, they kindly left a welcome pack with milk, water, and eggs. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and perfectly equipped for a young child, including a travel cot, bedding, and children’s cutlery. The location was ideal – just a 5-minute walk to the beach, close to great restaurants in the square, and only 15 minutes from the airport. We especially loved the patisserie nearby, perfect for morning coffee and pastries and right by the park, so was ideal for our little one. Thank you, Conchi and Alberto, for a lovely stay!

Oscar is a kind, present and helpful host, but never intrusive. The house is in a small village, in a great location to tour the island and experience the authentic Lanzarote; it has a beautiful double exposure to the volcanoes on the ocean. It is furnished with a refined, modern, and new design. Excellent interior cleanliness. Essential towels, drying rack, hair dryer, iron, and cooking utensils are provided. Communication with Oscar was easy and immediate, quick in solving some problems that we had, such as Wifi not working at times or temporary interruption of water. The only negative note was the presence of renovation work in the Cocomar apartment below ours, with workers starting work early in the morning, disturbing the peace of the vacation. I believe that such information should be reported in advance, especially if the work is managed by the host. In any case, we would be delighted to return! Thank you for everything!

An extremely well equipped little apartment ,spotlessly clean with the unique and very relaxing experience of having the sea right out front . Angela is amazingly considerate and thoughtful with lots of little extras that mean a lot. The apartment is just a stroll from a great beach and several tavernas to eat and two well stocked supermarkets.
