Waterfront vacation rentals in Costa Rei

We were lucky enough to spend two weeks in this lovely apartment which is clean and bright and furnished with such good taste and quality amenities. Everything you could possibly need has been thought of. Max was a really wonderful host who was always available and made us feel like friends. We really appreciated that he offered to organise a night at the opera for us which was such a highlight of our stay in Cagliari. The location of the apartment is perfect for quality time in the city with restaurants all around and the marina just in front of the apartment which is perfect for an evening stroll along the boardwalk. Max also provided a detailed list of all the local amenities including good restaurants. I could not recommend these hosts or the apartment more highly. I loved my stay! The view is to die for and Andrea is an exceptional host. The apartment is located in a woodsy village that overlooks the sea. The large living room window was one of my favorite things and the proximity to the beach was the other. The apartment is basic but had everything I needed. There were beach chairs and an umbrella available for my use also. As a solo female traveler I always felt completely safe. The other people in the village were very welcoming and I never had parking issues. I highly recommended this accommodation.

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Stayed in Cagliari for the first time, half on vacation, half working, and Massimo’s place was the perfect home to do that in. It’s located just a couple blocks from the bus and train stations, while also only being just a couple blocks from the main city square. The view overlooking the tree lined park was relaxing and the apartment itself immediately felt like home. The WiFi worked great, even for video calls. As a solo female travel for this trip, I felt incredibly safe too. Plenty of people walking around in the evening, and the building itself was well secured. Massimo was a very organized and proactive host. The flexible self check in was especially appreciated. If I ever return to Cagliari, I would absolutely stay here again.

We’ve stayed in a lot of places, but our week at Claudia’s was something special. The apartment felt like home from the start — just 2 minutes from beautiful Solanas beach, and honestly more thoughtfully equipped than our own place! Claudia greeted us with an aperitivo and a stocked fridge for the next day, which was such a kind surprise. There were so many toys and baby items — our 10-month-old was in heaven and didn’t even manage to try everything. Claudia checked in regularly and even had sweet gifts for us (and our little one) at the end. Truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had — we’d love to come back!

This was one of the best holidays me and my wife have ever had. Tatiana was absolutely brilliant with us. I would highly recommend staying here. There is a bus route which takes you into the city, but this location is perfect for beaches (absolutely amazing) restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. We will definitely go back, if not this year, definitely next.

Wir haben uns bei Sylvia und Roberto sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und mit gut ausgestattet. Wir haben den schönen Garten und die ruhige Lage sehr genossen und auch, dass der Strand innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar war. Ein idealer Ort um sich zu erholen und Ausflüge zu machen.

Vanda and Endrio were great hosts. They greeted us at check-in and were always available for our questions and requests. The apartment was truly "spotlessly" clean. And very comfortable. The location is great --walkable not only to the many restaurants in the area, but even to the castle.

Wiir haben die Zeit in Marcos Haus sehr genossen. Alles entsprach den Bildern und Informationen in der Anzeige. Die Hinweise von Marco waren sehr hilfreich für uns. Das Marco uns dann noch zum Flughafen gefahren hat, war einfach sensationell. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und wir würden wieder hinfahren. Zu zweit hatte das Cottage eine wunderbare Größe, ein weiteres Bett müsste im Wohnraum/Küche ausgezogen werden. Ende April war das Wetter schon sehr gut und wir hatten Glück dass auch der Pool bereits geöffnet hatte. Es waren wenig andere Urlauber in den umliegenden Häusern und deshalb war es schön ruhig. Da die Häuser recht nah aneinander liegen und der Pool nah ist denke ich, dass es in der Hauptsaison schon etwas lebhafter und lauter wird. Das Haus befindet sich auf einem Berg, man kann gut zum Strand laufen, aber es ist schon sehr steil. Einen vollen Kinderwagen würde ich nicht hochschieben. Fiamma war immer erreichbar, hat uns einen tollen Ausflugtipp gegeben und hat sofort reagiert, als wir plötzlich kein Wasser mehr hatten. Danke nochmal ☺️

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Michele. Un plateau apéritif vous attend à l'arrivée, très sympathique. Superbe vue mer et montagne depuis la terrasse. Appartement spacieux. Michele a été un hôte accueillant, réactif et de bons conseils. A recommander.

Ich kann das Haus von Andrea nur empfehlen, ein nettes kleines Haus, mit allem, was man so braucht. Es ist maximal eine Minute zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Für mich persönlich war der Kontakt und Austausch mit Andrea ein Highlight. Er war super und gefühlt ständig zu erreichen, hat uns super viele Tipps gegeben und sogar zu einem Freund miteingeladen. Gefühlt ab Minute eins war es ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis! Auch als wir einen Medizinischen Notfall hatten, hat er in den Krankenhäusern angerufen, sich erkundigt und uns super geholfen. Lieber Andrea, danke für die schöne Zeit und bis ganz ganz bald!

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abseits von Villasimius, nur ca. 600m von der nicht sehr stark befahren Hauptstraße entfernt in sehr ruhiger Lage. Es gibt zwei direkt benachbarte Anwesen, die vermutlich auch Ferienhäuser sind, aber jetzt Mitte Oktober standen diese leer. Parken ist direkt vor der Haustür möglich. Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist sehr geräumig, ebenso das Haupt-Schlafzimmer sowie der umzäunte Gartenbereich. Alle Fenster und Türen sind mit Moskitonetzen "gesichert". In den Morgenstunden fliegt jedoch sehr wenig bis nix und man kann wunderbar auch im schönen Garten frühstücken :-) Bis zum Meer sind es nur ein paar hundert Meter, wobei der am nächsten liegende Strand nicht der schönste in der Umgebung ist. Man muss aber nicht weit fahren, um schöne felsige Sandstrände zu erreichen, die um diese Jahreszeit auch nicht so stark frequentiert waren. Villasimius selbst erreicht man in 5min mit dem Auto. Dort gibt es schöne Läden, Restaurants und gutes italienisches Eis!!! Empfehlenswert

My friend and I really loved our stay. The views are just unbelievable. Watching the sunset every night was a gift. The main bed has a very good mattress. The water pressure in the shower was divine. I believe we were the first guests of the season there, so a few items were needed and Barbara was super responsive. I would 100% recommend this place. It’s small. It’s so peaceful. And it’s right in the heart of all of the amazing beaches, yet just five minutes from town. Perfetto!

Casetta vicinissima ad una bella spiaggia e dotata di tutto il necessario per trascorrere in serenità la propria vacanza. La casa era molto pulita e il self check in ci ha dato la possibilità di poter essere libere di entrare in casa nell' orario che ci veniva più comodo. Michele è un host reattivo e disponibile e ci ha dato consigli utili sulle cose da fare/vedere. Consigliato

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

We had a wonderful stay at Christina’s apartment. The view was great! The big street in from of the apartment can be a little bit annoying when you are outside. There is a big parking lot directly in front of the apartment and two big supermarkets nearby. Totally recommend!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wieder buchen. Wichtig zu wissen: wir hatten kein Netz (aber WLAN war top!), es gibt einen Gasherd und keinen Backofen, das nächste Haus ist wirklich direkt nebenan (Terrassen nur durch Vorhang getrennt). Das Nachbarhaus war aber unbelegt. Zum Strand sind es 300 m zu Fuß.

Chris war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns von Anfang an gut informiert. Auch als ich mehr wissen wollte über die Umgebung, konnte er mir Auskunft geben. Er war immer gut erreichbar und sie haben uns freundlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft hatte alles, was wie brauchten und war mir Kaffee und einer Flasche Wasser ausgestattet, als wir ankamen. Freundliche Nachbarn und einen kurzen Weg zum Strand. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen. Konnten sofort vom Alltagsstress abschalten und einfach nur geniessen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant „L‘aragosta“, welches 10min entfernt ist. Auch super ist, dass der Supermarkt wenige Gehminuten entfernt ist und es einen beschatteten, privaten Parkplatz hat auf dem Gelände.

The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She knew we would be tired after the Chia run and, since she was nearby in Pula, she immediately called and offered to pick us up by car. She also kindly offered us a throw to use on the beach after we checked out, as we wanted to relax there until it was time to catch our bus. The bedroom doesn't have a heater, so it can feel colder compared to the living room. However, the location is fantastic—very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful spots. The walk along the Strada Romana toward Chia was absolutely amazing. Heads-up for travelers without a car: there’s no supermarket in Pinus Village. If you need any supplies, you’ll have to arrange a ride to Pula. Buses are there but the frequency is quite limited. ( use app “ DropTicket” to avoid paying more onboard ).

Ottimo appartamento per familgie o coppie di amici: 3 stanze due bagni. Appartamento pulito e con parcheggio. Utile per chi vuole utilizzare Cagliari come base per poi visitare i dintorni. Soggiorno molto piacevole. Host preciso e puntuale nelle risposte.

We had a nice and pleasant staying in the apartment. The host greeted us with a bottle of wine, and it was very pleasant. We liked the terrace - with flowers, lemon tree and sea view. The towels for beach were unexpectedly nice surprise. Very clean, with everything necessary and even more. There is a supermarket really nearby the apartment, unfortunately during our staying it was closed for renovation. The other one is at 25 minutes walk.

Really nice place. We loved the view, the terrace, the jacuzzi and the grill. The furnitures and every little detail in the house completed our stay, so nice and beautiful. Noemi was so helpful and kind. Parking is no problem. We were a little surprised that the neighbours were so close, but it was not a problem at all. A quiet area and we almost didn't see or hear them. We will for sure be back. We traveled a family at four with 2 young adults, for 14 days. Really nice stay in a beautiful and clean house, love it.

Die Unterkunft und die Lage waren exzellent. Direkt am Stand und in der Nähe von vielen Restaurants und Bars und dennoch sehr ruhig. Sehr gute Anbindung an die Stadt. Absolut hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberin.
