We were vacationing while working remotely. Wi-Fi was reliable, supermarket and bus stops were near. Alberto was very helpful.

Mario was an excellent host, always quickly accessible, very helpful and friendly. Check-in was hassle-free with a key box. The location was great. Tertenia is easy to reach and the beach nearby is very nice for children. We will be happy to come back. There were shops within walking distance.

Nicola’s place is GREAT! The flat is big, has 3 balconies, one of which is more like a cozy outside terrace. It has everything, it is free of clutter but at the same time feels like home. Nicola is a great host, super helpful and responsive. Location is good, especially if you need the private parking availability. Overall walkable to wherever you need to be, even with a stroller. Best kept secret? Probably the fastest internet in airbnb/hotel in Italy! Almost 1Gbps! Book it!

The house was lovely, Marco was there when I arrived to show me around and I ended up having a drink in the local bar/restaurant with him and a couple of his friends which was really lovely. All very easy and accessible.

My husband and I stayed for a week at Giovanni's house, a cozy home equipped with everything you could possibly need. The plus was meeting the Host, a kind person who also helped us with great tips for places to visit and restaurants to eat at. Thanks to the excellent location we visited all of southern Sardinia, from Sant Antioco to Villasimius. The apartment is located in a very nice complex of villas, we were there at Easter and we were able to fully appreciate the peace of this place, a 4-minute walk away you can find a supermarket, shops, bars, tobacconists, pizzeria. The beach is a 5-minute walk, there is also a lovely bar for a nice beer by the sea. The apartment is equipped with air conditioners, a very nice terrace, two smart TVs, a washing machine and everything you might need. We felt at home thanks for enriching our trip. It was a wonderful stay at Anna's house. We were welcomed generously and kindly. It was a real pleasure to hear your stories. The house is a small paradise with an incredible view from the balcony and a very special soul. We had wonderful days in this fantastic place. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, very clean and our personal highlight was the terrace with an incredible view of the sea, which invites you to linger! The property is very quietly located on a mountain - a rental car is an advantage, but the beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Communication with Mike went smoothly and quickly. He had lightning-fast answers for all our questions.

Lory and Max welcome you with a smile! The apartment is pretty and very clean. You'll have the necessary dishes and more. The air conditioning works and is not too noisy. The pool and the outside are really pretty and well appointed. Your hosts know how to be discreet despite the proximity. They are full of small touches for us. Upon your arrival the fridge will already be stocked as well as the cupboards (milk, cereals, rusks, yogurts, fruit, cheese, jams, cold meats, water, coffee...........) The small downsides: a rooster in the garden right next door who sings night and day (we ended up getting used to it) and the lack of a blackout curtain.

We lived in Manuela's house with 9 people. There was enough space and we felt very comfortable. The pool was "gold" for the kids :) The view of the sea and the daily breakfast on the terrace cannot be paid with money, just a dream. We miss it....Since we came to Sardinia by car, we were able to visit many beautiful beaches and places. We also booked a boat with skipper, just ask at the port of Porto Corallo. He drove us to snorkel and swim at beautiful coves with crystal clear waters. That was an experience for all of us. Manuela's house is large and stocked with everything you could ever need, nothing was missing in the kitchen. It should be noted that there is no filter coffee machine, but a capsule machine. Manuela is really a perfect host, upon arrival there were drinks (water, sparkling wine, juice) and ice cubes in the fridge, a cake, snacks, noodles were ready. Thank you

Great location in the very heart of the city near to the marina and to the old town. However proximity has its price: it's noisy even in the nights. One should well assess their priorities. The place is very spacious, comfort and interestingly designed, with high cieling that creats a sense of aristocratism. Everithing needed is available, incl. sun umbrella that saves money for renting such on the beach. Maurizio is a great host, very friendly and quickly answering and providing valuable insights.

We had a fantastic week in Oct 2024 in Simone's summer house. Great location under the Mediterranean pine trees 150m from the beach. Spacious enough for 3 adults and 2 kids to not feel crowded. Well supplied with towels, soap and kitchen essentials. Simone was a example of Sardinian hospitality, he made us feel welcome from the 1st moment and was very understanding when we were late because of a delay. Arrival and departure were as easy as can be. Definitely recommend this place!

We stayed at this apartment for 3 days. The location of the apartment was perfect for walking around the historical spots, architecture and restaurants. About 5 minute walking distance from central train station and bus terminal from which we could go outskirts of the city and the airport (by train only at that time). Gianfranco came to us at the front door of the apartment building by himself and check-in process was super easy, and he explained every details of the house utilities. Although English was not mother-tongue for both of us, there was no problem in communication.

The house is really very nice and the patio with the terrace opens to the sea giving an enchanting view for the show of the different colors of water at various times of the day and the magic of the sunset and the moon! The house both inside and outside, despite the signs of the passage of time, maintains a sought-after charm and an extremely welcoming atmosphere. Carlotta, whom we thank again, is a very helpful and affable host who has supported us before and during the holiday to the best of her possibilities. The beauty of the place helped to bear the absence of air conditioning and Carlotta's kindness made us overcome the inconvenience of the very uncomfortable access staircase for luggage and travel: Carlotta personally helped us with our suitcases at check-out and we asked her to highlight in the listing with description and photos the ramps of access stairs. The stay in Enricas apartment was perfect! Located in the center of Cagliari but still super quiet. Enrica was a great host who helped us with everything we needed. The apartment is very unique and we really enjoyed our time there!

A very convenient and central location, short walk from main train station and at the heart of city with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, places to explore and close to supermarket. Margherita's place was exceptionally clean, plenty of lovely smelling towels and comfortable bedding. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, thank you so much for the coffee, tea, laundry pod and toiletries. The washer/ dryer was very helpful indeed. The property was very comfortable for my children, it was bright, airy and I really appreciate the pride taken in the cleanliness throughout the property! I would definitely recommend this property and should I be so lucky to visit Cagliari again, I would choose Margherita's place with no hesitation.

We spent a week in this apartment in October and enjoyed it very much. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need. It even had mosquito nets on the windows, so you could leave the windows open at night. The terrace had morning sun and if you were lucky you could see parrots in the trees. The supermarkets are within walking distance and the center of Villasimius can also be reached in 15 minutes on foot. In case of any problems, Allessandro was immediately on hand. We arrived at night by car and found the apartment very easily with the instructions. Everything was great, thank you Allessandro

We had a nice week in Sardinia, friendly helpful host, responded quickly to questions. The apartment does not have a living room inside, but there is a large terrace.

A well-equipped and clean apartment with a beautiful view of the sea. A helpful, courteous, and kind host, thoroughly explained and showed everything, was in touch before and during the stay. The place is very quiet, relaxing; a great base for trips by car to numerous, diverse beaches nearby and to explore the south of the island. There is also a beach available on site, although not as attractive as many others next door (access from a few minutes to half an hour by car). The only downside was the mattresses on the double bed in the bedroom, but it didn't affect your stay. Thank you and kind regards!
