Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt bei Lorenzo. Der Check in lief super easy. Die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben. Super fanden wir die Privatsphäre und die kleinen Wege in der Anlage, da wir mit einem Hund gereist sind. Außerdem fanden wir den Garten super, um dort auf den Liegestühlen bei Sonne liegen zu können. Der Weg zum Strand war sehr schön zu Fuß über eine Wiese circa 5-10 Minuten. Leider hatten zu der Zeit wenige Restaurants etc auf, sodass wir mit Auto circa 20 min in das nächste Dorf gefahren sind.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Häuschen von Fiamma erlebt. Der CheckIn war gut organisiert, Fiamma war ebenfalls dabei. Es war sauber und sah wie auf den Fotos aus. Die Lage ist schön, auch wenn es vereinzelt noch Nachbarn hatte. Die Gegend ist wunderbar und Fiamma hatte noch einige Kleinigkeiten als Geschenk bereit gelegt. Herzlichen Dank dafür. We had a fabulous time, both beaches with private access a stone's throw away were beautiful and each offered a different feel. One more sheltered, the other sandier; both with beautifully clear turqoise waters! There were enough restaurants, shops and stalls close by and we enjoyed drives a little further afield to find other beaches and places to eat and shop. The apartment terrace was nicely enclosed, perfect for a toddler. Great to have access to a garden and a bbq below. The apartment had everything you need, always nice to have a dishwasher and washing machine for longer stays. Enrico kindly provided a cot. If I was to provide any suggestion, it would be to upgrade the beds, however this didn't detract from what was a very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable first holiday in Sardinia! We look forward to coming back in the future! Our tips for others would be to book tables well ahead at the local restaurants to avoid missing out and bring a paddleboard!

myself and my wife stayed in early October 2024. Massimiliana's place is in a great location. It is close to the beach, bakers and local restaurants but also quiet and peaceful. The free parking is a real bonus. Massy, gave clear instructions including photos to help with our arrival and she met us to show us around. The apartment was very clean and a good size for us. The Kitchen was well stocked with crockery and utensils, a microwave would have been a bonus but we managed easily with the hob. The fridge freezer was new. Cleaning materials and rubbish bags were provided and there was also a washing machine, which was spotless and worked really well. Massy even provided pegs ! The double bed is comfortable and there were bedside tables with nearby plugs and a large wardrobe in both rooms to keep things tidy. Breakfast at Sunrise on the terrace was beautiful and there is also a BBQ in the garden. I would definitely recommend Massy's place if you are visiting this area.

Nicola et son épouse nous ont très bien accueilli. La communication a été aisée tout au long de la réservation et de notre séjour. Le logement est décoré avec goût dans un cadre magnifique et paisible. La maison bénéficie d'un espace extérieur très agréable avec une vue splendide sur la baie. La plage de sable fin est accessible en 15/20 minutes à pied ce qui se fait aisément avec des enfants en bas âge. Ce qui a particulièrement retenu notre attention est la gentillesse et grande hospitalité de Nicola et sa famille : plateau de gâteaux, corbeille de fruits frais, chocolats de Pâques pour les enfants et muffins fait maison pour notre retour. Les pizzas de sa sœur sont également excellentes ! Il y avait des jouets de plage pour les enfants et des peluches. La maison était très propre à notre arrivée. Si vous aimez cuisiner, penser à amener des épices (sel, poivre, etc...) et du charbon pour le barbecue. Le studio est un vrai plus, notre fille a adoré !

Leandro est un hôte exceptionnel. Il nous a attendu malgré notre retard. Il nous a indiqué comment tout fonctionnait dans la maison. Un panier d'accueil nous attendait avec des produits locaux. Cette maison est l'endroit idéal pour relaxer dans la paix et la beauté des lieux. Le centre-ville est à 15 minutes en voiture. Je recommande cette location sans réserves.

Nous venons de passer 10 jours de rêve dans la maison de Michael. Mickael est un hôte exceptionnel, d'une gentillesse remarquable et d'une serviabilité hors du commun, toujours à notre écoute et prêt à nous rendre service. Amoureux et grand connaisseur de son île, il a su nous faire profiter des trésors de la région de Chia ( sites touristiques, magnifiques plages, restaurants, supermarchés...) Sa maison adossée à une colline nous offre, depuis sa grande terrasse une vue exceptionnellement imprenable sur une mer bleu turquoise bordée d'une forêt verdoyante. Une merveille ! De plus elle est décorée avec beaucoup de goût avec tout le confort et un équipement complet. Tout était parfait y compris l a literie très confortable. Merci Michael pour tout ce que tu nous a apporté durant tout notre séjour y compris les petites attentions à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevolissima vacanza in famiglia; ci siamo da subito sentiti a casa. Stephan, il figlio di Pierre-Michel, è un host gentilissimo, molto simpatico, e attento ad ogni nostra esigenza. Sempre raggiungibile, quando abbiamo chiesto informazioni e consigli, ha sempre risposto nell'immediato. Grazie a lui, abbiamo potuto trovare spiagge e ristoranti in zona. La villa è bellissima, in una zona calma di Porto Pino; offre un ampio spazio esterno, con tre BBQ; un patio di cui abbiamo usufruito ogni giorno, poiché è estremamente ben arredato e consente ci mangiare fuori. La casa è estremamente organizzata, con una cucina in cui c'era TUTTO ciò di cui si possa aver bisogno. Le camere fresche e spaziose, con zanzariere e aria condizionata (non usata perché si stava bene anche senza). Due bagni con docce; lavatrice, asciugacapelli. L'alloggio e il vasto spazio esterno sono adattissimi ai bambini. Che dire, siamo partiti davvero a malincuore. Grazie Pierre-Michel e Stefan!
