Vacation rentals with beach access in Costa Rei

I loved my stay! The view is to die for and Andrea is an exceptional host. The apartment is located in a woodsy village that overlooks the sea. The large living room window was one of my favorite things and the proximity to the beach was the other. The apartment is basic but had everything I needed. There were beach chairs and an umbrella available for my use also. As a solo female traveler I always felt completely safe. The other people in the village were very welcoming and I never had parking issues. I highly recommended this accommodation.

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Stayed in Cagliari for the first time, half on vacation, half working, and Massimo’s place was the perfect home to do that in. It’s located just a couple blocks from the bus and train stations, while also only being just a couple blocks from the main city square. The view overlooking the tree lined park was relaxing and the apartment itself immediately felt like home. The WiFi worked great, even for video calls. As a solo female travel for this trip, I felt incredibly safe too. Plenty of people walking around in the evening, and the building itself was well secured. Massimo was a very organized and proactive host. The flexible self check in was especially appreciated. If I ever return to Cagliari, I would absolutely stay here again.

We’ve stayed in a lot of places, but our week at Claudia’s was something special. The apartment felt like home from the start — just 2 minutes from beautiful Solanas beach, and honestly more thoughtfully equipped than our own place! Claudia greeted us with an aperitivo and a stocked fridge for the next day, which was such a kind surprise. There were so many toys and baby items — our 10-month-old was in heaven and didn’t even manage to try everything. Claudia checked in regularly and even had sweet gifts for us (and our little one) at the end. Truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had — we’d love to come back!

Perfekt lokation in the old town with lots of restaurant and coffee shops around. Although in the busy area, very quiet and pleasent trought day and night. Very clean and fresh, has all the amenitis that makes you feel like home. The host was very helpful.

This was one of the best holidays me and my wife have ever had. Tatiana was absolutely brilliant with us. I would highly recommend staying here. There is a bus route which takes you into the city, but this location is perfect for beaches (absolutely amazing) restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. We will definitely go back, if not this year, definitely next.

We stayed at Andrea's place in the preseason. The accommodation is well maintained and clean. From the bed we could see the sea. Andrea has always provided us with lake tips. The contact with him was very straightforward and binding. Highly recommend.

The location just steps from the ocean is stunning. The inside of the home is modern and clean and the outdoor areas are beautifully landscaped. Stefano was a gracious and helpful host and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and he provided many options for adventure in the area around this lovely home.

We stayed with our dog for a week at Matteo's. The house is simply fantastic. In a few minutes you are on the beach on foot, which you almost have to yourself at this time. From the house you can hike and discover the coast. We can only recommend the house.

Edvard's apartment was super nice and deserved all 5 stars, the view was terrific, the furnishings, new great bathrooms, including kitchen, dishes and coffee machine were perfect and left nothing to be desired. Access to the sea is via a private staircase and you can swim wonderfully in the clear water. The apartment is quietly located and the sunset is simply fantastic. What a place!!! Stefanos house looks exactly like in the pictures! It has direct access to the beach - which enabled us to walk on the beach with our morning coffees - what a wonderful experience!! The bed was by far the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in - I already searched online to find the pillows we had - need them for back home! Stefanos house was perfectly equipped - everything you will ever need is there. They have even a cupboard with sunscreen etc, in case you run out of yours :-) When we come back To Sardinia, this will be the plac where we stay in the south! Thank you very much Stefano!! Very nice little beach house with everything you need for a nice beach vacation. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The proximity to the 7km long sandy beach was excellent. The contact with Marcus, the property manager, was great and very friendly. We would definitely come back.

We had a very nice time at the Costa Rei. The sea was really just a few meters away. The amenities were optimal. It would have been optimal to provide a few spices (salt, pepper, sugar). The apartment was just like the pictures. We highly recommend it.

This place has beautiful views!! So worth it. Was clean and very convenient to get to the beach. I would definitely stay here again. Our host was lovely and helpful.

Wow...exceeded expectations!!! Everything was extremely clean and furnished with impeccable taste. Michelle & Mamoiada were fabulous host's with lots of recommendations for (local beaches, restaurants, supermarket's, tourist destinations. They made themselves available for check-in, throughout our stay and departure. Highly recommend anyone considering staying there. Ohhhhh...did I mention the "VIEW" absolutely spectacular with A++ sunsets every evening. Cannot wait to stay there again in the future.

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

Elena’s place was stunning. Hands down the BEST place I’ve ever stayed in. From the white sparkling interior, to insanely comfortable beds with white crisp linen to white marble bathrooms with excellent showers. Just a minute away from great cafe’s and restaurants. Marina was just 5-7 minutes away. Elena was extremely responsive too. I’m already planning my next stay at Elena’s stately retreat.

Chris was very accommodating and informed us well from the beginning. Even when I wanted to know more about the area, he was able to give me information. He was always easy to reach and they welcomed us in a friendly manner. The place had everything we needed and was equipped with coffee and a bottle of water when we arrived. Friendly neighbors and a short walk to the beach. We will certainly come back. We were able to immediately switch off from everyday stress and just enjoy. The restaurant "L'aragosta", which is 10 minutes away, is highly recommended. It is also great that the supermarket is a few minutes' walk away and it has a shaded, private parking lot on the premises.

The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She knew we would be tired after the Chia run and, since she was nearby in Pula, she immediately called and offered to pick us up by car. She also kindly offered us a throw to use on the beach after we checked out, as we wanted to relax there until it was time to catch our bus. The bedroom doesn't have a heater, so it can feel colder compared to the living room. However, the location is fantastic—very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful spots. The walk along the Strada Romana toward Chia was absolutely amazing. Heads-up for travelers without a car: there’s no supermarket in Pinus Village. If you need any supplies, you’ll have to arrange a ride to Pula. Buses are there but the frequency is quite limited. ( use app “ DropTicket” to avoid paying more onboard ).

We had a nice and pleasant staying in the apartment. The host greeted us with a bottle of wine, and it was very pleasant. We liked the terrace - with flowers, lemon tree and sea view. The towels for beach were unexpectedly nice surprise. Very clean, with everything necessary and even more. There is a supermarket really nearby the apartment, unfortunately during our staying it was closed for renovation. The other one is at 25 minutes walk.

A well-equipped and clean apartment with a beautiful view of the sea. A helpful, courteous, and kind host, thoroughly explained and showed everything, was in touch before and during the stay. The place is very quiet, relaxing; a great base for trips by car to numerous, diverse beaches nearby and to explore the south of the island. There is also a beach available on site, although not as attractive as many others next door (access from a few minutes to half an hour by car). The only downside was the mattresses on the double bed in the bedroom, but it didn't affect your stay. Thank you and kind regards!

we had a great stay and felt at home from the first minute. Super clean and very tastefully furnished apartment in prime location. A truly perfect accommodation right on the sea with beautiful sunsets! The vacation apartment is located in a kind of pure houses with many small apartments. When we were there in May, it was very quiet. The apartment is really perfectly equipped with everything, you only need to buy food and drinks if necessary. The only thing that is not 100 percent perfect is the swimming option, because you did not have a beach here, but can only get into the water between the stones. But it's also possible. Of course, it's even nicer to drive 10 minutes to the beautiful bays. Supermarket is 5 minutes by car. Unfortunately, there are very few restaurants and none within walking distance. But that didn't bother us, because it's a really fantastic place.
