Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Costa Occidental

Hartverwarmend. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en alles werkt goed. De nachten waren nog vrij koud buiten, maar de verwarming dmv de open haard met luchtkanalen naar de slaapkamers werkte erg goed. En heel sfeervol. Het huis is heel ruim en heeft groot stuk land. In en om het huis is het enorm goed toeven. We hadden onze hond mee en die heeft genoten! Prachtig achterland waar je eindeloos kunt wandelen. En vanuit deze locatie kun je alle kanten op leuke, mooie ervaringen opdoen: de bergen in of juist alle stadjes, of stranden. We hebben in 3 weken heel veel goede restaurants bezocht, allemaal min of meer in de buurt, max 30 min rijden. Maar restaurant Luis do Prego is verderop aan de weg en al erg fijn. Tip: ga op donderdagavond naar de jamsessie in Clube de Tavira! Heel goed bezochte lokale club. Orlando en Armandra zijn superlief, vinden alles goed (ook qua kleine kinderen en de hond) en ze faciliteren alles wat je maar kunt bedenken. Kortom: aanrader!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Sara et Maria qui sont toujours souriantes, accueillantes et très réactives en cas de difficultés ou de questions. Le logement est situé dans un lieu calme et paisible où il fait bon se reposer, pour autant, les activités ne manquent pas. Nous avons pu visiter le sud est de l'Algarve facilement.

Lovely and peaceful stay and a perfect location to explore the amazing area in and around Tavira, a truly underrated part of the Algarve. The house is perfect for a small family. Very chilled, off the beaten path. Great stay and super easy!

De bungalow van Rui is heel ruim en zeer compleet. De communicatie liep goed en alles stond klaar voor ons, zelfs een fles wijn en een fles water! Bezoek zeker Tavira als je hier zit en wat ook heel leuk is: met de veerboot naar Armona, een soort tropische eiland, prachtig!

We (two people) had booked Maria's house for a week. The house has everything you need: on the ground floor was the kitchen and a small storeroom with a washing machine. Also on the ground floor was the living and dining area, a toilet and access to the terrace. On the first floor were two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. On the top floor there was another bedroom with a bathroom and access to the roof terrace. Outside there was a large pool with plenty of seating and sunbathing areas, a parasol and a barbecue. Each room had air conditioning (to cool or heat the rooms). The House is about a 30 minute drive from Faro. There is a supermarket in the next village. The area is quiet and idyllic. You have a lot of privacy in the House.

Fuimos con un grupo de amigos y nuestra estancia fue súper agradable. El anfitrión muy amable y flexible. Todo limpísimo y la zona muy bonita y tranquila

Lovely and tranquil place to stay that did a great job of capturing the natural beauty while still providing all the amenities I'd expect at a regular hotel or 'full house' airbnb stay. I was mostly just using the room as a home base as I explored The Algarve but it was the perfect restful place to return to after a long day of activities. I'll also note as a solo traveller who doesn't drive, Vila Lobo's location was accessible by cabs and rideshares like Uber, which wasn't the case for some of the more rural casas friends were staying at in the region. Overall a great choice if you want somewhere a bit more quiet and remote but still connected for your stay.

Javier y su padre son unos anfitriones perfectos, estuvieron muy atentos los dias antes y los de nuestra llegada y salida. Su casa es fantastica, con todas las comodidades y muy cerca de la playa donde pudimos disfrutar de varios restaurantes muy bien recomendados por Javier. A destacar la maravillosa terraza de la casa, muy soleada donde pudimos hacer una barbacao increible. Volveremos y muy recomendable.

Unas vacaciones de 10! El alojamiento está muy bien equipado con todo tipo de electrodomésticos. Lo mejor, la terraza de arriba donde puedes disfrutar de la tranquilidad y hacer una buena bbq. Julio es muy buen anfitrion, nos facilitó todo tipo de recomendaciones para conocer Huelva. Repetiremos seguro!
