In the 95 square meters available there are: a kitchen and a living room with fireplace on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. Also outside there are a laundry room, a patio and a garden of about 200 square meters. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave All 4-legged friends are also welcome.

In the living room, the period wood-burning fireplace has been preserved and in the adjacent woodshed, you will find firewood.
