This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

The villa is the perfect place for wind- and kite surfers (Rene Egli Pro Center is 700m away) or guests who simply want to relax and enjoy the benefits of having all you need in close proximity (restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, beaches, sports facilities, etc.). The villa is very well equipped and has been renovated in Dec. 2019. Free parking right next door.

Fully refurbished bungalow boasting a large private roof terrace with sea views of Lobos and Lanzarote. Large quiet communal beachfront pool and paddling pool. (Just fully renovated). Situated within a small gated beachfront complex next to the popular surf spot 'Punta Elena'. We bought this property end september 2021 while it had 114 reviews with an average of 4,87 and hope to even improve this to make your stay a “memorable experience”

The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. The terrace with chairs and sun loungers invites you to linger. A private pool, direct beach access and sea views also characterize the apartment.

W odległości niespełna 100m znajduje się 25 km odcinek plaży "Playa de Sotavento" ze złotymi piaskami i Atlantyk z czystą, turkusową wodą.
