The accommodation is included in a renovated 19th century farmhouse, located in Villiers-le-Sec in Nièvre (58) 45 inhabitants, close to the RN151. Comfortable, quiet. Wooded and flowery area. Water park 4 minutes away, hiking, close to Guédelon, Vézelay, La Charité, Nevers and Auxerre, the Nivernais Canal. This accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen and a bathroom and toilet, a very large 40 m2 terrace with a magnificent view where you can eat peacefully and relax in its private spa. There are various activities for couples, friends or close family: Guedelon Château de Saint-Fargeau, tree climbing, canoeing, bike rides...

Need a break for two? Head to Burgundy, 1.5 hours from Paris. Our cabin with private spa will allow you to recharge your batteries in the countryside. Churches (Basilica of Vezelay) and Castles. Or relax reading a book on your terrace with great views.

Isabelle and Denis welcome you to this old farmhouse restored to a modern style in the heart of a quiet village typical of Nièvre. this old house is elevated, offering you unobstructed views of the countryside. It is an excellent stay to discover the Morvan Regional Park, Vezelay, Guedelon as well as the Nivernais Canal, through different types of museums. Accept only two animals per reservation.

La cuisine est équipée d'une magnifique cuisinière de "chef". II y a plein de sites exceptionnels à proximité comme Vézelay, Chablis ou Noyers. Si vous aimez l'authentique, la gastronomie et la tranquillité cette maison est pour vous.

House in a green setting, accessible for people with reduced mobility

The detached house has two levels. The single-storey ground floor (fully accessible to PRMs) has a 160 retractable bed, a living area with 125 cm TV, a fitted kitchen and a large bathroom with extended toilet and walk-in shower. The top is composed of 3 beds: 140/90/90, a bathroom with shower cabin, separate toilet, living room with TV and office area.

The Foreman's House

The Domaine des Carriers is a former limestone quarry whose old houses and outbuildings have been renovated into charming gîtes and guest rooms. This space, a true haven of peace and history, is located 5 minutes by car from Clamecy, 46 minutes from Auxerre and 2h35 from Paris. INFORMATION: There are dogs running loose on the estate.
