We stayed at 6 Blyth View for one week as a family and we throughly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely getaway in a peaceful location. The cottage is part of a lovely estate in a very peaceful and thoughtfully designed setting with amazing grounds overlooking fields to the East so you can stunning sunset views. It’s a short drive from wonderful Southwold and several neighbouring villages with great pubs offering decent food options as well as lovely drives to explore the surrounding areas. The cottage is perfectly equipped with all facilities working perfectly, a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms offering plenty of storage space plus a perfect living room space and indoor and outdoor dining. Parking is situated close to the property. In addition, the (bookable timeslots) gym, swimming pool and games room were much fun and we very much enjoyed. Highly recommend this property and thank you to the attentive host for great support and communication when needed 🙏🏼

We had a lovely couple of nights here. James was great and responded quickly, the house was clean and felt like home, the beds were really comfy too! It’s a great location, the bar on site served delicious food and lots of places nearby to explore. We will be back!

We all loved our stay here, beautiful memories made in a place that is the epitome of what you need for the most authentic British seaside holiday and experience. The space is spotless and in the best location on site. Everything you could possibly need is there and it just made it so easy to just get on and enjoy our precious family time!

Was perfect for what we needed park was nice and peaceful this time of year, caravan was lovely and clean, kitchen well stocked up with utensils pans etc there’s a onsite restaurant which is good reasonably priced food and drinks. Passes for park are £12 per person a week which you purchase extra as it’s a private listing , we used caravan while our house was being renovated so perfect local base for us, we have 2 dogs so this caravan is nicely placed out of main area so it’s peaceful no noise from people or cars going past to get home after entertainment etc, Definitely recommend to anyone we had no issues while we stayed so didn’t need to contact owner Thank you for letting us stay at your home

Very friendly and helpful host. We stayed in the accessible cottage and it is very well laid out for a wheelchair user. We will be returning very soon.

Booked the lodge as a surprise for my best friend’s 40th birthday. Four of us in total, that don’t get to see one another often; and everything about this experience made it so special. Selina was so accommodating and flexible to our individual needs; kindly letting 2 of us access the lodge ahead of check-in time, to set up birthday banners & afternoon tea (ordered from No. 142 Cafe in Oulton Broad). The entire stay exceeded all expectations! The photos don’t really do it justice. The lodge is stylish, comfortable, and spotless. The double bedroom boasts its own access onto the spacious veranda, and such a lovely marina location. A fab bar/restaurant onsite too, which we enjoyed the next day.

Lovely stay for a sunny weekend family getaway. Dax was really responsive and helpful, the house was lovely and only 10 mins to Gorlestone beach which was amazing for the kids with the free splash park and expansive gorgeous sand. Lots of amenities were provided and the hot tub was a great addition for chilled evenings. All round a great stay- would recommend!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! A stone throw away from anything you could ever need, a short walk from the beach. A beautiful home to stay in, spotless & well equipped. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone wanting to stay near Great Yarmouth or Gorleston.

A lovely cosy and comfortable cottage, everything we needed. Appreciated the welcome hamper and little touches. The view was fabulous, enjoyed watching rabbits grazing on the lawn every evening and even had a visit from a mother and baby deer. Central for all the exploring of the broads we wanted to do and a relaxing place to come home to at the end of each day. Comfortable beds, lovely linen and soft towels. Everything we needed for a time out and renewing stay. Thank you.

Beautiful and peaceful space, perfect for a small group of friends. Clean rooms, comfy beds! Particularly love the garden and outdoor covered area. Would 100% recommend! Lisa was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

Lovely modern house with everything you need for your stay. Secured back yard for furry friends. Excellent location for dog friendly beach and coastal walks. Great fish and chips just 100m down the road. Local pubs within walking distance. Lots of on street parking in a friendly neighbourhood. Host was great at replying to messages. Definitely a beach retreat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gary's bungalow. The house was in a good location and we appreciated the parking space in front of the house. The house was clean and comfortable with good amenities. We also enjoyed the outdoor spaces and made the most of the garden seating. I would recommend a visit to Southwold during your stay, for a nice British seaside experience.

Stayed at Dairy Lodge. Felt very comfortable and at home the moment we walked in. Comfortable beds and good shower. Everything we could want was there The surroundings are stunning, lovely evening walks and the beach being so close was a bonus. The host meet us there and have some great recommendations for the local area. Will definitely book again

The Lite House is a very special place for a big group looking for a memorable holiday. We had a wonderful few days with our children, playing on the beach and exploring the Suffolk and Norfolk coast. The Lite House is better than the photos with heaps of space for families to spread out and relax. We loved how many children’s games and toys were in the house to play with.

Beautifully Farmhouse with everything you need. Quality furnishings, linen etc. Extremely well equiped kitchen. There was even a playroom with toys which wasn't mentioned. Very safe enclosed garden for a two and five year old to play in. It might be worth mentioning that there were 5 beautiful large shower rooms but no actual bath. Didn't bother us, but maybe worth taking a small baby bath if you have a non standing infant. We had a fabulous stay. Great for an exstended family as there was plenty of space to share or be alone. Great location, once the car was parked it wasn't needed again as everything was in walking distance. The house was lovely. . Very clean and welcoming with everything you could need for a few days away. The beds were so comfy and the bedding was good quality. The back garden was a real sun trap and we enjoyed sitting out there on the hottest weekend of the year. Parking can be a little tricky, but as I say once parked, no need to move. Tesco is on the doorstep, literally a few minutes walk away. Paul & Ady were very clear with instructions and were so easy to contact. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

We had a lovely stay at Kipper Cottage. The area is quiet, really close to the beach and a 15 minute walk into Lowestoft. The house was really clean and tidy and really well stocked. There was everything we needed in the kitchen, fans in the bedrooms, board games and a lovely pack of biscuits and bottle of fizz. Michele was really good at communicating and gave us easy instructions on check in. Would definitely recommend and stay here again
