Podere Montevalle's Clubhouse

Rustic and elegant, surrounded by nature. The Clubhouse of Podere Montevalle is a historic agricultural building, partly stone from the mid-19th century and partly brick from the early 20th century. Once the clubhouse of our equestrian center, it blends ancient charm with modern comfort. Completely renovated, it has a large double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom, an entrance, and a spacious kitchen area. Ideal for relaxation, visiting art cities, and enjoying outdoor sports.

Cà di Mutti is a 17th-century house located on a hillside in an isolated position, nestled against the forest. The house has been fully renovated with modern finishes and designer furniture while preserving the original stone structure. It features a large garden with a patio, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxation, along with a spacious fire pit. For hiking enthusiasts, the main trails for excursions start right from the house. Accessible via a paved road. Ideal for those seeking peace.

Belfortilandia, the small rustic villa

In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain villa that is part of an ancient fief of the castle of Belforte (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining an ancient state of preservation. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

Magnificent country farmhouse surrounded by greenery. Rooms can be booked individually, subject to availability, or the entire farmhouse can be reserved for a total of 14 beds. A fantastic location also for weddings, photo shoots, or themed workshops. Upon request, we also offer the possibility of organizing traditional dinners prepared and served by our staff. From the house and garden you can enjoy a beautiful view of the entire Gulf of Paradise. The home has an outdoor space to read, eat, and barbecue. The sea is a 10-minute walk down; you can leave for several excursions from home. The distance from the center of Genoa is about 30 minutes by car. Train and bus stops are a 10-minute walk away.
