Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Cortez

My wife and I had a great time at this stay. Lots to do at the house along with great beaches and restaurants within a 15-20 minute drive. The house was clean and had everything that you might need. We were able to drive to Disney in just over an hour and a half which provided a different experience to go along with the daily beach/pool trips. Cool AC inside to combat the humid 88 degree weather in June 2025.

Great place to stay. Clean and lots of amenities. Pool was a hit with the family.

The house is located in a great location! The beach is not a far drive and there is plenty to do in the area! The house is also beautiful and the backyard with the pool and hot tub are amazing !

The house is beautiful, better than the photos. If you are looking for a house anywhere between Bradenton and Venice, you need to book this one. We've stayed in many places along that part of the Gulf Coast and this one is by far the most unique and beautiful. Book this if it is available, you won't be disappointed.

Incredible stay! The host was very responsive and kind, property was very clean on arrival, and backyard was absolutely stunning! We ended up spending most of our time at the residence by the pool. Would highly recommend this property for anyone to stay at!

We enjoyed our stay here. Marc was very informative with information. The accommodation was more than we expected. We had a large group including kids and this place was perfect. It felt very comfortable. The cleanliness was outstanding. We can’t thank Marc enough for the pride he takes in his property. My family of 7 stay at ShellYeah in June 2025. We had a fantastic time. Kitchen was great with plenty of space to work in. Backyard and pool were very nice. Plenty of space to relax in the living room or on the back covered patio. Having the beach chairs, wagon and toys at the home was a big plus to us. Will stay again with Rich and Amanda.

We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi very much, and Faye was super responsive and helpful about turning on the jets for us! The house is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. It was nice to park in the garage. The houses are close together, but it was peaceful and quiet and we slept well. A/C worked well and we were comfortable throughout our stay. We are frequent travelers and I cannot recommend Faye enough as a host. She was the sweetest, most responsive host I have ever encountered, and we have experienced some wonderful superhosts! The bed in the master is a foam mattress, so I would have been hot while sleeping if not for the wonderful ceiling fan. The satin duvet cover helped me stay cool, as well. There were plenty of pillows provided and extra towels and linens. The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked all of our meals there. We will most definitely return to this location - it's added to our favorites! Mark this one as a favorite now if you're headed to the Tampa area!

The house was a little smaller than expected, but still had everything we were looking for. We had a slight problem with the lights in the bathroom during our second day, but Eric was quick to respond to our concerns and helped us resolve the issue. The hot tub was an amazing added feature which we utilized every night and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and concise and easy to understand. Overall we had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend any couple to stay in this Airbnb.

Couldn’t have found a better place to stay for our trip. After full days at the beaches, sightseeing, and exploring it was so nice to get back to our little house to enjoy the quiet and relaxing oasis. Truly a wonderful place to stay.

Everything was extremely clean and comfortable and Jeff responded with any of my questions/ needs quickly!!! He made everything very easy which made checking in very smooth. Highly recommend renting from him!!! I willl be again in the near future!!!

This was the most beautiful and accommodating Air Bnb I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was new, clean, and updated with the latest technology. The toilet seats were even heated! We had a group of 9 plus a dog and everyone was very happy with the stay. Marcin was super nice and always answered questions quickly. The pool area is incredible. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of essentials.

It is a lovely home. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. The neighborhood is walkable. 30 minutes drive to St. Armand’s Circle, 35+ minutes drive to Bradenton or Lakewood Ranch. 40 minutes drive to Venice Historic Downtown. Lots of great restaurants. Thanks for your hospitality.
