We completely renovated it 2 years ago keeping the charm of the old and dressing it in a decoration that invites cocooning and relaxation. Our cottage was partly renovated by us to make it a welcoming and relaxing place. This old barn where my grandfather and then my dad pressed the grapes, from this time there remains the screw of the press which proudly stands in the center of the living room. Activities: walks in the woods and vineyards, fishing, Azé and Blanot caves, medieval castles, Cluny stud farm.

Igé: Studio with terrace

Come and discover the charm of Southern Burgundy, in Igé. Our studio, completely separate from our home, with a private terrace, will ensure tranquility and comfort during your stay. Parking is available in our private courtyard, a remote control to open the gate is provided. Our house is 15 minutes from the highway, Mâcon, 15 minutes from Cluny, 20 minutes from Roche de Solutré. Towels and bed linen are provided.

In the heart of the Mâcon vineyards, Saint Gengoux de Scissé is a very pleasant village. The studio on the ground floor of our house has a double bed (140x200), a bathroom with shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, kettle, toaster, Senseo, oven, stove etc...) We leave tea and coffee at your disposal. You have access to our pool and terraces. NO POOL PRIVATIZATION!!! Or pool rentals for the day!!!

You will be in the historic heart of the abbey city, in one of the old streets, very quiet, a 3-minute walk from the shopping street and the old abbey. You will have access to the green courtyard, with a terrace area reserved for you. Possibility to park two bikes safely there. The studio is new, renovated with natural and quality materials that keep you cool in the summer.

Simple, small apartment in a beautiful valley. Near Cluny (6km) and Taizé (9km), 25 minutes from Macon, 22 minutes from the motorway at Macon and my preferred route if you travel from the North is the D981 through Buxy and Cormatin, the wine route which is magnificent, particularly in October, a sea of gold.
