Overlook the street from a sunny nook with original arched windows dating to 1886. This studio is within a Victorian house recognized as a San Diego Historic Landmark. Today, it's a remodeled space offering updated comforts along with period charm. As the property owner, I am frequently around the area and am no further than fifteen minutes away in the event of an emergency. The house is in the historic central neighborhood of Golden Hill, with views of Coronado Island. It's close to downtown, Little Italy, and Balboa Park—home of the world-famous San Diego Zoo. Plenty of great restaurants and markets are nearby. The space comes with free parking on the premises for one vehicle, and is close to a bus stop that makes the rest of the city easily accessible. Major attractions are just a short Uber ride that is typically less than $10.
