Our stay at Maria’s charming historical villa on the stunning island of Favignana was pure bliss. From the moment she picked us up at the harbor, we felt her warm and kind-hearted nature. Despite my Italian not being perfect, we understood each other effortlessly and felt a deep, mutual connection. We spent our days on the beautiful terrace, enjoying swims in the crystal-clear, turquoise waters of our secluded cala. The villa’s location is perfect for exploring the island by bike, e-bike, or motorbike. We chose regular bikes, embracing the “dolce far niente” vibe as we leisurely explored every corner of the island’s beauty. Despite Maria describing the villa as small, it felt like a luxurious paradise with everything we needed and beyond. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax, recharge, and discover Favignana’s charm. We’ll definitely be back if we’re lucky enough to find this magical villa available again. Great apartment close to everything in Castellammare del Golfo

We were a family of seven, grandparents, parents, three very active boys (ages 6-12). The owner and his wife were gracious hosts, greeting us with Easter time treats. The house and gardens are even more impressive than the description. Our beds were comfortable. The kitchens were well-equipped. We had a mishap and the host generously helped to solve it. You must have a car. The host can recommend excellent beaches and fun things to do We would love to return.

A great base for visiting the nature reserves, Trapani, Marsala, Erice, Segesta, and Palermo! Hosts were very responsive and attentive to our needs. They answered questions and addressed any concerns very quickly. Best surprise- the shower had amazing water pressure and hot temperature… perfect after long days exploring, hiking, and boating!

Very good accommodation with two spacious bedrooms and a nice sheltered terrace with sea view. The location is very pretty with a beautiful hike in a nearby nature reserve and the beautiful villages of Erice. The cottage is very quiet, good bedding, everything was perfect. the best of the 5 places we stayed during our Sicilian roadtrip. The communication and sympathy of our host was very good. I would highly recommend it.

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

A really great place to stay for our short vacation (3 nights). The beds and pillows are really comfortable, the furnishings are very well cared for. We were welcomed by a very helpful girl (flexible check-in time) and the bottle of water we found in the fridge upon arrival was almost salvaged:) the area is very quiet despite the proximity to the center. How much we'd love to come back!

We stayed here for a week in April (Sport Climbing and various excursions). I can absolutely recommend the apartment. Spacious, with a large terrace, well-equipped kitchen and very clean. The location is perfect. In 2 minutes there is a bakery, fishmonger, and supermarket. The center can be reached on foot in a few minutes. We parked in front of the apartment. San Vito Lo Capo is an absolutely fantastic place. For those who practice sport climbing,... absolutely worth a try!

We loved our stay in Fina’s apartment and felt immediately at home in Terrasini. From the flat there are two beaches within 10-minutes walking distance, and another one ca. 30 minutes walking distance. There are dozens of great places to eat and drink immediately outside, and everyone was extremely friendly to us. The apartment also has a large terrace that’s perfect for sunset dinners. We fell in love with Terrasini and would absolutely come back.

Very nice place, it is fully equipped and very comfy. And the terrace with barbecue is simply amazing. Only convenient if you are by car since the surroundings are very residential, and the streets are narrow so not ideal for big cars. Hosted by a lovely couple who lives downstairs

The location of Antonietta’s place was unreal - 20 minute walk down to the wild coastline, surrounded by mountains and olive trees. Antoinetta was so helpful and kind. The track outside the front of the house is used by neighbouring houses and some farm traffic but otherwise it was a lovely calm place to be. Would definitely stay here again :)

We loved the location and roof terrace. Everything is within very short walking distance. Great restaurants nearby and a pleasant two nights spent on the island. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at Giorgia’s home! Her and her husband collected us from and dropped us off at the port and recommended a bike hire location. The house was spacious and homely, it had everything we required for our stay and so much more. The location is central, slightly out of the hustle and bustle of the town centre but only a short ride to the beautiful beaches. We also had use of the downstairs garden as well! Giorgia’s communication was fantastic, always responsive and helpful and also had a list of beaches and restaurants for us. We loved this airbnb!

We had a wonderful week in this very cozily furnished apartment with spectacular views over the valley and the sea. We felt very comfortable, just like at home, because we were so warmly welcomed by Marta and her parents, supplied with eggs from their own chickens and fruit and always ready to assist us with advice and excursion tips. A great location and recommended in every respect!

We stayed with Lucia for 7 nights in April. She welcomed us warmly and gave many tips. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator. The apartment occupies an entire floor, is very spacious and you have ample space for your luggage. It is completely renovated and is located in a quiet lane with two supermarkets directly in the adjacent streets. The bus, ferry, a beach and the old town can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. We were allowed to leave our luggage in the house on the day of departure. You can eat on the balcony and there is sun there from the morning. You may hear other guests from above or below. We felt very safe in and around the house at all times.

Krizia was a nice and great host with good communication. She had well prepared check-in instructions, and had the place tidy and clean upon arrival. The view from the balcony was lovely as well. Overall a great experience.

Beautiful stay in Favignana. Accommodation was beautiful , exactly as in the photos . Michele met us at the port and collected our bags which was very handy as it is only a short walk from the historic centre but would be difficult with bags along the dirt road. Michele was extremely helpful with excellent recommendations for the island and also dropped us and our bags back to the port for departure. Would definitely stay again

This apartment met our expectations. It was very clean and nicely appointed. It offers a great view of the sea with a nice balcony. We would definitely stay here again. The only issue we had was when we checked out and tried to pay the city tax, the receptionist did not have change for a 50 euro nor was she able to process our credit card. We had to ask her to go get change from a local merchant.

Very nice complex of small villas with swimming pool in he middle, nice view on the sea. Safe area behind the gate in walking distance from the beach. Good position to explore Trapani, Erice, Zingaro, Terrasini and Segesta. Good communication, warm welcome with water, bottle of vine and biscuits. Recommended!

The stay went very well. The welcome and information provided were very clear. The host is responsive and provides good advice, with small touches that are very pleasant on arrival. (The only small downside is that it's noisy in the morning). We would recommend the place without hesitation.

We loved the Island of Favignana. Patrizia place was perfect. It felt like home. very clean, well stocked for cooking. She greeted us and was always available if needed. Very convenient to walk into the town centre only a few minutes. Highly recommend anyone to stay in Patrizia place.

Angela was a very kind hostess! She gave us a very warm welcome. Communication with Angela was very pleasant and easy. She recommended that we visit the pizzeria right down on the beach for the evening, which was really great and certainly the best pizza of the entire vacation! We liked the apartment and the terrace even better than what was evident from the photos. It was very clean, the kitchen was equipped with everything necessary. Likewise the bathroom, which also had a washing machine. All around it was a great apartment with a great and quiet location, a few meters from the center of Balestrate. It was also great that the apartment was a few meters from the beach, so you could enjoy a nice sunset on the beach with a beer or wine. Should we decide to stay in Balestrate again for a few days, we would not hesitate and would immediately like to stay with Angela in the apartment again!
